Hector Fuentes is the only person who [redacted] ed us and took both orders here are the details : [redacted] @***.com [redacted] CA-19385***s Auto Motors [redacted] [redacted] Our job is to get the parts delivered as per your instructions and we did that with in the time period if you have any problems with that location or the guy there you should handle it your own we delivered both engine and transmission there and you didn't have any problems with in the warranty period engine warranty expired on 03/09/(days parts only) and transmission warranty expired on 04/04/(days parts only)We have attached the delivery receipts in the last response so please find them there onlyThanks & RegardsTrusted Auto PartsCustomer Service

Most of the information given by the client is right and we were trying to help him as that part has got the days warranty.But we haven't received the part at one of our stock place in **.We asked him to supply us proof of return shipment as we have so many products are shipping here and there it is difficult to track anything with out the tracking #we ship him the part on 5/28/(Tracking no [redacted] fedex) but if he is finding any problem we need to check and then replace or refund he never supplied the proof of return so that we can track and asking to get it refunded only which is not possible with out inspection.We are always ready to help this client it's just he needs to support us with some information or else with out any reason giving him refund also cost us money, time and efforts.We are open mon - fri 8-texas timeHe can contact us anytime in between to resolve this jimmy is a sales guy onlyHe can call our customer service line ( [redacted] )I am giving all these information because he doesn't talk about resolutionIf he is right on his part we will support him but if we inspect and finding no issues in the part then he needs to understand.We care each client.Trusted Auto Parts

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] because the motor el was bad and I never received the transmission credit card company is working with visa at the moment to get my money back for the transmission you and your company sold me an Motor you knew had six bent valves in it I got he receipt from the certified mechanic you and trusted auto parts ripped me of! That's sales man [redacted] which I don't think is his real name refused to let me talk to a Superviser when I first found out the motor was bad delivery was expected in to days I received the motor days late!! I don't care what you say I filed a small claims today in San Bernardino court and I'm suing trusted auto parts and he sales man [redacted] for fraud I made the mistake of not checking your Revdex.com rating witch I know now is an F what does that say about your crooked company huh smart guy you steal from people you'll have your day in court enjoy the traveling all the way from Texas to San Bernardino!!!!

We respect any customer problems and issue and rectify them as soon as possibleIn this case we charge his card for the payment of $including shipping cost on 6/13/(Receipt attached) but sale settled on 6/15/2015.( [redacted] ) this is the tracking # for the order [redacted] made by the client which was delivered in weeks which is the maximum time limit to deliver the product.Moreover if he has any problem with the part he must have complaint to our customer service no( [redacted] ) or write an email to us He is using the part because the part was perfect or else he couldn't.We can't help this client in any case but still we are ready to cooperate if he has any defect in the part.Trusted Auto Parts

Hector first called us in on 01/18/and after window shopping he made an order with us on 01/20/for Dodge Truck Series Engine - 4.7L VIN N (8th digit) with days parts only warranty as it is a used part we delivered this engine to him on 02/08/(general time frame was 2- weeks) as per the address give by him for his brother's shop ( [redacted] ) Here are the details: www[redacted] com [redacted] (Tracking no.) we have attached the receipt of shipment as well He didn't [redacted] us for anything at all related to this engine if he has any issues with the engine moreover he called us in on 2/23/and appreciate us for the help and order us another part for the same vehicle- Dodge Truck Series Transmission - 4.7L, 4WD, AT with days parts only warranty as it was also a used part which we delivered on 03/06/(general time frame was 2-weeks) as per the address give by him for his brother's shop ( [redacted] ) Here are the details: [redacted] (Tracking no.) I ordered a Toyota Highlander engine from the business on 0/714/for $I have been told by the salesman Josh, the engine will be delivered by 07/I called and have been told, the ordered engine did not pass their QA test A week later, I called again and be told the delivery truck broke down in OHIO and they were switching truck Few days, I called again to be given the delivery number so I can track it online, been told it was not possible because it is internal number and should receive the engine the next Monday Got fed up and called on 08/11/and spoke to Mark who promised to cancel the order and refund me The next Monday, my account was debited for an additional $for a total $ I spoke to my bank and the bank cancelled the CC for fraud and lunched an investigationI have made vain calls to the business ...No one calls me back or responded to my calls The engine was never delivered and I have lost $in the process

I order a transmission from this company by phone on August of thus yearWhen I spoke to them to order it they told me it would be in the shop by August When I called the shop to see if it had arrive and they informed me that it never made it to the shop I called and called and called but no answer from them againThey riipe me off with that was save with a lot of effort to get this part for my car

On or about the end if April, first of May I purchased an engine from this so called "Trusted Auto Parts"Also I paid for a special delivery to a residential addressCost of the v-Chevy S-engine was something like $The special delivery fee was $After waiting approximately months I finally called only to be told that my engine had been in a Sacramento warehouse for over a week and that they could not deliver it to my stated addressI was told to go pick it up myselfI then had to rent a U-haul truck and drive approximately miles round-tripThe cost of the rental truck was over one hundred dollars including fuelSo now I'm out over $just to get the engine back to my work areaThe second issue I have with "Trusted Auto Parts" is that on August 3rd of this year "Trusted Auto Parts" fraudulently entered my bank account and dinged me for AN ADDITIONAL$750.00!!!After calling them within ten minutes of the theft they could not explain how this had

I bought in engine from trusted auto parts and it was days late when mechanic checked it out it had a bent valve in it they will not gove me my money back it was $I alsoOught a transmission I never received I filed a fraud case with my bank to get money back when you call the sales men have names like *** *** and *** but are clearly from middle eastern decent should have known it was a scam right then but was desperate for my truck to get fixed I'm thinking about going to small claims court to get my money back or getting a lawyer and suing them because of there shady practices!!

Order engine Honda civic in May have not received engine pay $June 14-2017stillno engine

From trusted Auto Parts in Austin Texas August 2nd I still have not received it I paid $4,for it no one is answering my phone calls or return any of my emails they took the money in minutes but they will not answer the phone calls and I'm having a hard time getting my money refunded

I ordered an engine for my truck on the 1st of June It never arrivedI’m now out $

They made an unauthorized charge around the 8th of this month on my account for over which left me with overdrafts

My credit card was charged.twice for the same transmission

I am writing because I received a phone call from *** *** about the $they were supposed to send me for the car parts they received back from meI do believe *** *** was Ben the origional person that I dealt with*** told me I needed to take the complaint down and he would send me my moneyI told him I would not take the complaint down until I recieve my $back from his companyHe said it was bad for his business and it will take until next week for me to get my money so I needed to take the complaint down todayI refused and he said he will call me tomorrow with a reference # of the money going into my credit card; account. *** called me the next day saying his business has a bad mark against him on the web page and I need to take it off. I said his company put me to tears for months and I just want my money back and I will find what ever web page and say it was corrected. As of today */20/I still have not received a check for $and the Revdex.com account says the claim is closedCan you please ask the Company when they will send me my money? Thank you *** ***
