As per the contract signed at time of installation of services we assess a late fee for payments received after the due date.? In no instance is that late fee applied before days following the due date.? As you can see she sent a payment on the 12th and we did not receive it? by the day we applied the late fees in this case the 16th a full? days after the due date.? We cannot pick and choose how to apply the late fee policy it is not fare to other customers if we reverse a late fee because they haven't had one before and not reverse every one else's
