Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana DBA: Mobiloans

From what I understand this business operates via an Indian Tribe so they basically don't fall under any regulationsI wish I had fully understood their sneaky fees and outrageous interest rates before taking out a loanI will be very honest and clearIf you're looking for a "fast and easy approval" loan, Mobiloans would seem like a good option But after you've accepted and received your first payment you will see why this is a horrible idea and should be illegalI took out a loan for $1,in March As of 07/16/I've paid back $These payments are deducted bi-weekly from my checking account You would think I'd be close to paying the loan offWrongI still owe them $1,This is even more than I borrowedThey charge fees and interest rates that are so high that you will basically never pay the loan off unless you make one big lump sum payoffI was appalled when I looked over my bank statements and saw just how many fees I've accrued from MobiloansI called customer service and they gave a watered down answer as to why I've been successfully paying on a loan and the amount is still increasing I hope this reaches someone who is considering borowing from Mobiloans, and it prevents you from falling into the same trap as me Please seek other options before falling for this scamSincerely, a concerned customer

I just want to start off by saying [redacted] this company they are a bunch of liars and bs! They are such a rip off and make triple the money off you. I requested to take a loan out on this company back in 9/2016 I only requested to take 300! Once I noticed all the fees later that day, I had called in to cancel the loan request. Spoke to someone in the company they assured me that it was cancelled and would not be deposited. I later find out it was in there, I called the company to work something out and see if they would be willing to do something with me. Pssst yeah right, there all so rude and a bunch of aes. They were not willing to do nothing even when it was there screw up! So literally BEWARE before doing any type of loans with them, I ended up paying about 600 just for this [redacted] loan. Anyone reading this share the word, and make sure they get no type of business they don't deserve it. Customer service and meeting a customer's needs should be a priority with business and this business deserves to be shut [redacted] down.

Absolute Criminals!! This company is all about the money, and could care less about the customer. I wanted to pay off my loan to avoid more "finance fees" and would not help me in any way! They knew they would lose money if I did not finance the loan. Now I owe more than the loan was and already paid these CRIMINALS $180.00 ( loan amount was 600.00, and currently owe them 604.00. After the 180.00!) Ladies and gentleman, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
