nail salon to her using a gift card she had purchased from the previous owner
I called *** right away once I received your letter wanting to talk to her about the problem and work out her concernsI called her at XXX-XXX-XXXX and left her a message to call me at XXX-XXX-XXXXShe had not yet returned my telephone call as of Monday, June 29,
Today, Tuesday, June 30, 2015, the previous owner call *** and we have resolved the problemShe has an appointment for services that will be covered by the gift certificateI explained to her our situation described belowEven so, I told her that we will honor the gift card and she has an appointment to come in next week for a pedicure

Thank you for contacting me regarding Turbo Nails and Ms*** ***' contact with The Revdex.com (ID #***)I am in a service industry, and I pride myself on the satisfaction of each and every one of my customersMs*** did receive a pedicure and a manicure at my business
for $70, for which she paid. I do clearly recall her visitShe received a full service pedicure and manicure within the one hour timeframe requestedShe was satisfied when she leftOne week later (at least calendar days), she returned to my salon wanting her fingernails repainted, at no cost or her "money back" (the full $for all the services rendered) because of the amount of growth on her nails, the white portion showing of her nailbed between her cuticle and the polishI politely explained to her that the white portion showing is nail growth, something completely out of my controlFurther, as I do with all of my clients, if they had something happen to her nails, a chip for example, I explained I would happily fix it for no chargeShe was only speaking to me of her nail growth, as in the complaint you furnished meAgain, I obviously have no control over the speed at which someone's nails grow.I do hope this clears matters up and does not negatively impact my standing with the Revdex.comI am a small business owner who takes great pride in my work and client satisfactionPlease do contact me if you need anything else from me or if this is going to potentially, negatively impact my businessHer claim, in my opinion, is baseless and unfortunateThe rate of ones' nail growth is a variable no salon owner can controlFurther, as noted above, she was very pleased when she left my salonLastly, a "ten minute wait for an appointment," happens from time to time - at a doctors' office, oil change, haircut, or a nail salonBut as she requested, her pedicure and manicure took the one hour she stated she neededAgain, leaving happy.
