No refund or cancel due to the price change
Hello, On Oct I have purchased an international ticket from TKA website for 1047$ for Nov Few days later I noticed that the price has been droppedI did contact TKA to get refund for my ticket since the lower price is for same plane on same day and timeI have been told that this cannot happen and if I wanted to cancel I will lose more than half the money that I paid for my ticketNow I dint have any choiceCannot cancel or get the refundThis is unfair to a customerI am not asking for discount just asking to get the same price that TKA offering nowThank you

DON'T EVER FLY TURKISH AIRLINES: THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AIRLINE IN THE WORLDTHEY ARE UNSAFE AND THEIR POLICIES ARE DANGEROUS TO EVERYONEI SENT THEM EMAILS TO TAKE CARE OF AN ISSUEFIRST OF ALL THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE WAS SO TERRIBLE THAT THEY COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS SAYINGSECONDLY- THEY SEEM TO BE TRAINED TO IGNORE YOUR EMAILS AND THEN DO NOTHING TO HELPIF YOU ASK TO ESCALATE IT TO THE CEO THEY GET DEFENSIVE AND SAY THAT CAN'T BE DONE ALL OF THE AIRLINES CANCELLED FLIGHTS DURING THE MILITARY COUPI WAS TOLD BY MY AGENT AT THE BIGGEST TRAVEL AGENCY IN THE WORLD THAT TURKISH AIRLINES DIDN'T CANCEL FLIGHTS BECAUSE OF MONEYTURKISH AIRLINES WERE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT MONEY THAN THE SAFETY OF THE PASSENGERSWHEN WE CALLED THEM THEY DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE FOR HOURS- THAT WAS WITH PEOPLE CALLINGWHEN WE GOT THOUGH THEY WERE CONFUSED ABOUT WHAT TO DOTHEY COULD HAVE FIXED THE SITUATION LIKE OTHER AIRLINES BY SWITCHING THE SEATS....BUT THEY ARE SO UNCARING, INCONSIDERATE AND FOOLISH THEY JUST WOULDN'T DO ITOTHER AIRLINES WILL HELP YOU!!!! I purchased a business class return ticket for USD on Jan With return on March
I have flown first part of the leg from Kilimanjaro to SFO
On March 18th I called turkish airlines office to cancel my flight for marchI could not fly due to family emergency
I was told that I could change the date by paying service charge
I need to fly back from SFO to kilimanjaro
I called this evening
The person at turkish airline Customer Service is giving me a run, saying that there are no seats available on the dates I want to fly unless I pay a fare change
I called again and this time I asked if I wanted a business class ticket for june He said there was availability
After I gave him my booking reference number as: TK/T8WDE, he refused to help meHe said I should go to the SFO airport

I traveled with Turkish airlines in Dec on *** from Chicago to KHIand I packed my bag as usual, put a lock on itHowever, my luggage's zipper was broken into and the ONLY item stolen from a full bag was a designer purse that was still sitting in its packaging and the suitcase was damagedI have been dealing with Baggage services via online form since there is no phone number for themI submitted both of my receipts from the purchase weeks before travel of purse ($790) and suitcase ($186) for a total of $They offered me $200!!! How is this compensation even fair when I have provided the actual receipts? I offered to settle for $USD by writing a letter and they responded with $I am not sure where they are coming up with these numbers? They have no shame in stealing passengers property and are not fairly compensating for doing soI have ALL receipts and videos to prove it was in my bag

Refuse refund of ticket after cancellation of flight and promise of refund
My original flight from IST - LAX on July 17th was cancelled and the ticket office rebooked me for July 18th That flight was also cancelled and the Taksim Sales Office let me know that the next flight with availability was July 21st and I could receive a full refund of the price since the first BCN - IST trip was booked in the same block They suggested however that they book me on the 21st so I would have a flight while I looked for different options to get home They also advised that if I did find another flight, I would need to contact the travel agency as they could not refund it directly I booked an Air Canada flight back to LA separately so I could get home and back to work

Ever since we got on the *** airline coming back to the US we were given grief about the diabetes medication and the pump supplies we had with us, CGM and pods were stuck on the arm and the leg, we were asked to many questions on what it is and how it works, we flew to Istanbul Turkey and we got there at 9:AM in the morning

Turkish Airlines lost my baggage on November 13, 2015. Today is December 5, 2016--OVER ONE YEAR LATER, and still I don't have a bag or compensation from them. I have corresponded with them dozens of times, all initiated by me. They keep sending me in circles to submit and resubmit and resubmit paperwork. No ones responds back to me--neither to tell me they will compensate me for the items in my bag that was lost nor to apologize. This has been the most frustrating customer service experience of my life. I would never recommend anyone ever use Turkish Airlines for any reason.
