I recently purchased a condo in one of the properties that TWC manages They are difficult to reach (seldom is the person who deals with my HOA there) and do not follow through on requests in a timely manner at all I'm not sure what percentage of my HOA fees are going to TWC, but any amount is too much Had I known what a pain they are to deal with, I might not have purchased where I did

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, with stipulations.   To-date, I have not been contacted by TWC with the offered partial refund of $150.   In order to consider this claim fully and satisfactorily resolved, I require the refund check be sent to me at my current address and cleared in my bank account within 30 days.  I also require a statement from TWC indicating that I owe no further funds to TWC or the [redacted] at [redacted] association, as I am no longer an owner of a unit within that association.

TWC “Loser of Association documents”
TWC Association Management states they have “lost, misplace, or no longer have” Condominium Association documents including, Covenants, Board Meeting Minutes, Association Financial Statements, or Committee Records. While one would anticipate the Board of Directors would keep a copy of documents critical to the operation and management of the Association, the Association hires and pays a management company to perform this function. Failure to maintain a system and process to retain Association documents reflects poor management and leadership from corporate and property managers.
Most disturbing is TWC Association Management’s lack of responsiveness to the loss of documents and lack of willingness to locate the documents. This behavior negatively impacts the relationship with the Property Manager and creates doubt that TWC Association Management’s team has the aptitude or attentiveness to perform ethically and legally going forward.
Failure to accept responsibility for their actions is a defining culture at TWC Association Management, resulting in low-end service performing at the minimal level for property management.
A lack of responsibility and accountability, and full transparency and willingness to admit the truth make is increasingly difficult to respect TWC Association Management’s team, employees, property manager and staff.
