Response to Revdex.com complaint from *** ***On 3/14/service for a bathroom wall heater was called scheduledOnce the tech was on the property it was discovered the wall heater needed replacedA new fan was installed that was a different size than the previous one due to lack of availability
of the existing modelThis new model offered higher voltage and was a bit largerThe install was not ideal for our level of expectationsIn order to correct the issue we would offer the install of the older model if it is still availableThis is a seasonal item and our regular vendor has not been able to provide us one at this pointWe can look with other vendors to attempt to locate the older modelWe will also refund the cost of the install that was previously charged

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

*** *** is a customer of *** *** ***TWC enterprises is contracted to service *** *** ***’s warranty customersWe were dispatched to Mr*** home on an attic fanIt was determined that the motor was bad on the unitOur tech removed the motor and took it to the
supply house for comparisonWe were not sure at this point if this was even a covered service through *** *** *** did determine it was a covered service so a motor was orderedOnce the part came in it was determined to be the wrong motorThe supply house had recycled the original motorAfter some research we have located what is believed to be the correct motorWe have since reached out to Mr*** and he has agreed to allow us to install this new motor as a resolution to this complaint
