They called me and said they sent the check on 9/6 to citizens bank. Why in the world would they send a check to the...

person that wrote the check to payoff. The excess payoff should come back to us just like they said it would when we called Uheaa. Please help citizens has no record of the amount credited to our account since it should have never been sent to them. It was our account not citizens. Please help this company is a huge liability to consumers.
