Review: Moved out of this apartment complex.Had to meet with office staff for final closure. Had to provide forwarding address and telephone number. Was told at final closing that all was good. 9 months later I receive a call from a collection company stating I owed money for property damage. Ultris never contacted me to let me know they were charging me for damages though they were able to provide my contact and work number to a collection agency.I do not trust these people. Document EVERYTHING!!Do not recommend this company or apartment complex to anyone!Desired Settlement: Since they won't return my calls, I would appreciate someone from the Ultris to contact me directly and verify these charges the collection agency state I owe. I would like verification that this is closure and they aren't going to come after me for something else that I am not made aware of.
