on the vehicle. The vehicle had two lights inoperative as well as a worn tire. We presented the estimate to Mr. [redacted] and he agreed to replace the hose, flush the power steering fluid, replace the lights and create a drain for the marker light to avoid water buildup in the future. Mr. [redacted] declined replacing the tire, but approved the other work with an amount of $[redacted] dollars. After completing the work, Mr. [redacted] came to the counter to pay his bill and the credit card was declined. We were able to get $[redacted] approved on the credit card and he had $** cash. At that point, he requested to go to the bank to get the balance of $[redacted]. I required him to leave me something so he would come back and he gave me his wallet, which is still here. I have called him three times and left two messages. I also emailed him. I have never received any response. At this point Mr. [redacted] still owes $[redacted].Terry B[redacted]ManagerVirginia Automotive Service[redacted]
