VitoBrain Reviews (%countItem)

I ordered a trial offer of Vito brain and prime omega 100. Paid shipping and handling without knowing I'll be automatically charged again.
I would like a refund of 202.90 because that was what I was automatically charged without any knowledge of it. 99.95 for the prime omega 100 and 102.95 for the vito brain. The order was placed on 09/07 at 4:29 PM. Order number is *** and I would also like you to cancel anything that has to do with this order or subscription. I do NOT want these products anymore.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of my money.

Customer Response • Jan 02, 2020

This company has been charging me for the past 3 months. Roughly 220 dollars per month. I've tried to contact them to cancel my subscription.
I placed an order for a free sample about 4 months ago and ever since I have been charged for a subscription that I did not subscribe to. About 220 dollars per month. I tried contacting them multiple times to cancel and they did not get back to me. The order was placed on September 7th at 4:29 pm. The order number is *** The original payment amount was for $15.90. I paid by debit card and now I'm getting charged for separate payments of 107.90 and 110.90 every month. I believe I am getting charged from an ip address that is 172.58.200.208 the last charged was for 107.90 on December 30th. I would really like to get a refund for the last 3 months of being charged 107.90 x3 and 110.90 x3. That would be a refund of $656.40. And also cancellation of my subscription. I do not want to be charged for a product that I do not use. This is also the 3rd time I am filing a complaint against this company.

I want a refund of $656.40. And cancellation of my subscription and to not be charged anymore.

They do not communicate with their customers and want to steal your money.
I purchased a "trial of 2 of their products" and after a couple days I said I didn't want to continue with the subscription. I never got a response and was left in the dark. I kept trying different contact methods and never got anything. Now they keep trying to bill me crazy amounts and won't stop billing even after I contacted them to cancel it. What a scam and some real dirt bags over there.

Desired Outcome

I would just like to stop being billed especially because I don't want to receive any more of their terrible products. They need some more transparency and to not be shady with people of the internet.

I ordered product as free trial for only S&H $7.95. Later I was charged an unknown retail price, plus charged S&H and retail for product did not order
I am a 92 year old resident of Mesa, Arizona. On July 30, 2019 I ordered one bottle Vito Brain. The internet offer was for FREE TRIAL. 2 weeks later they charged me additional $102.95 (8/14/2019) for this same one bottle of Vito Brain, and also charged me $99.95 (8/15/2019) for a product called Prime Omega 100, a product I definately DID NOT order. I do not recall ordering the Vita Brain on a trial basis defined as - in 14 days if I do not call them to cancel they will charge me the full "retail price." I also do not recall them provding any retail price. I understood this to be ONLY a FREE TRIAL, witout any additional obligations. I want a full refund for $102.95 for the Vito Brain, plus refund for the $7.95 and the $99.95 charged for the Prime Omega 100, a product I did not order. I used my USAA Visa credit card for the initial order on 7/30/2019.

Desired Outcome

Full refund for $102.95 for the Vito Brain, plus refund for the $7.95 and the $99.95 charged for the Prime Omega 100, a product I did not order.

I was charged for some kind of cream I never order
I have not ordered anything at all. I received notice that there were 2 charges from this company I never heard of. I contacted the number given and they tried to sell me more products! I haven't receives any packages and my credit card has been in a lockbox they then said an with user name who doesn't have a card and does not have access to !ine. Asked for a supervisor and they hung up the phone on me.

Desired Outcome

I want charges on my card returned or removed.

refund re returned merchandise has not been made
merchandise received by Vito Brain 7/13/19-refund was due by 7/23/2019
my account was closed via phone -in June 2019. The merchant claims they did not receive/cancel this subscription. On 07/05/2019 an order was sent to me (unsolicited) and was charged to my Visa on 07/08/2019 in the amount of $110.90. When I received the merchandise (07/11/2019)I called Vito Brain to get instructions on how to return the unopened package. This did not go well, as I was told this account was not closed and it's too late to return the merchandise, I spoke (argued)with employee *** at length. Finally, he agreed to give me a refund less a restocking fee of $19.95. The RE#4A696FXXXXXX was given to me to attach to the package and was mailed on 07/12/2019 to the
W Hillsboro Ave.address and was received by them on 7/13/2019 @ 12:45PM. as per tracking #
9500 1154 0983 *** (1st class postage of $4.53) I called on 07/27/2019 to say I have not received my refund 0f $90.95- response was "you'll have it in 10 days." A few days thereafter I called the Arizona office (800-906-0054) and spoke with employee *** I related the story to him - his response"you'll receive it in 10 days" I called again today and spoke with 2 empolyees - I was cut off the phone by #378, dialed the number again (800-947-6676) and spoke with the supervisor *** who told me it's too late I will not get a refund-it's been over 45 days. Excuse ME?!! As I'm speaking (in most incidences) with persons whose 1st language is not English, it's possible they did not understand what I was saying, and I could understand only part of what they said. But I did hear: "too late, we cannot give you a refund" Well, they have the merchandise (which I do not want) and my money as well. This appears to be a win-win situation for Vito Brain. This company has more than one address AND a misleading
title on the search pages, i.e., they are listed as Vito Brain, however the company under this heading is Brain X - no affiliation with Vito ,
Brain. The merchandise is sent from H & M PO BOX 3011-47, Salt Lake City Utah 84139

Desired Outcome

a full refund including the restocking fee

My son wasordering a product on amazon and is 17, could not get past a free trial screen with something called Vitobrain, they sent a trial??
my son was ordering a pair of shorts on line and count get passed a screen without hitting continue and it sent us a free trial of vitobrain and charged my card $7.95 for shipping. I returned the product .. return to sender.. 2 weeks later my charge card was charges $102.95.
I called and no answer from phone number I found on this site. I then in july received another bottle again and was charged $110.95 from Diamond B muscle, I emailed then and received no response. I disputed the charges on my card and then again this month received another bottle , I sent back return to sender and was again charged $110.95.. Icncelled my charge card and have an active dispute.

Desired Outcome

refund of the 3 charges for $110.95 =$332.85

I signed up for a FREE trial of Vito Brain with a $4.95 shipping fee. I started receiving the product and was billed $110 a month x 2.
The automatic ship details were either absent on the website link or hidden. I searched for this aspect before submitting my billing information. I was billed $110.90 for each bottle x 2 months before I discovered it.

Desired Outcome

I want a complete refund for two bottles of Vito Brain, totaling $220. I was only offered a $49.95 partial refund on the second bottle I received.

this company keep charging 110 dollars a month
I want them to stop charging me for this product it not worth the money and they keep sending the same thing every month

Desired Outcome

i want them to stop charging me for this product it not worth the money and they keep sending the same thing every month

SCHULZ MUSCLE - charged a shipping charge for $7.95 then a monthly charge for $102.95 to a credit card. The problem was that we never order this!
SCHULZ MUSCLE - Chanique eye cream is also on this account.

Desired Outcome

They charged within the 14 days trial period (on a Sunday- I only knew about this because ), I called and they cancelled the charge and offered 50% off discount if I bought it anyway - they then proceeded to tell me there is a $40 charge if I keep the product - I said I dont want to do business with this type of company and I will return the product. They then said we will cancel the account and any further billing.

They automatically charged me for omega 3 product which I did not order, they automatically signed me up for auto ship which I do not want.
responded to free offer 7/19/19 and they signed me up for auto ship (I don't even know if I can tolerate the product or not) and they charged me for omega 3 product I cannot take and did not order.

Desired Outcome

Cancel my order for a free sample of their vito brain product and do not send me any product in the future. Credit me for the Omega 3 product I did not order.

Deceptive advertising for Vito Brain supplement: free sample (pay only S&H) triggers monthly charges to supplied credit card.
Ordered advertised "Vito Brain" supplement Free Sample, with paid postage ($7.95). Was also sent another supplement, "Prime Omega 100", and charged an additional $7.95. During the ordering process, a page came up for an additional supplement when ordering the Vito Brain. There was no evident way to say NO, so I hit continue. I guess that triggered the ordering of this second (unwanted!) supplement. More importantly, my credit card has now been charged twice for MONTHLY subscriptions of BOTH supplements. All I ever wanted was the advertised Vito Brain free sample for cost of S&H. The advertisement I viewed said nothing about re-occurring subscriptions for two supplements with automatic credit card withdrawals. If there was anything there, it must have been un-emphasized fine print. The monthly charges show up on my credit card as 5/26/2019 WINTERMUSCLE101.COM for $102.95, 5/27/2019 SCHULZSKIN.COM for $99.95, 6/26/2019 DIAMOND B MUSCLE for $109.55 and 6/27/2019 SCHULZ OMEGA for $107.21. I cancelled my credit card and then called two merchant 1-800 numbers listed on my credit card statement, including 1-800-947-6676. The company rep tried to push discounted product. I said I didn't and don't want any of it. The company rep suggested that maybe some other family members would like the product. I said I didn't and don't want any of it. I said that I would ship back the product, and was told to keep it and the charges would be reimbursed. My card is now cancelled, so I don't know how that works. But, in addition to cancelling my card I am disputing these unauthorized charges through my credit card company. At the very least, all of this is deceptive advertising. If I am not refunded my money then personally I consider it a scam.

Desired Outcome

A refund (credited to my credit card company) for the four monthly subscription charges, totaling $419.66.

Can't reach VitoBrain customer service to stop the subscription and request a refund for a couple of months by now.
In November 2018 I subscribed to a free trial of a supplement VITOBRAIN from a website www.vitobrain.com. When I signed up to try this product, there was no picture of the back of the bottle with the Supplement Facts info, no any written information disclosing it. I also did not find any information about the price I will be charged after the free trial is over. After placing an order I received the conformation e-mail, in which the name of the product was misspelled ("Vitto Brain"). When I received the bottle, in the package I found the receipt that did not show the amount I was charged. There were also no any contact phone number. Additionally, the company name that sent me the product had nothing to do with VITOBRAIN. The address of the company was H & M from PO BOX in Salt Lake City, UT. After inspecting the product I realized that I signed up for the product that was misrepresented. If I was given the information of what ingredients are in the VITOBRAIN supplement, I would never signed up for it. The main ingredients in VITOBRAIN are vitB12 and Folic Acid. For a while I did not know how much I was charged on the monthly bases. When I saw the charge on my card for $110.90 from Schulz Muscle I flipped. Since then I have sent two e-mails to [email protected] with the request to cancel my subscription. I got no answer and they keep sending me the product and charging me $110.90 every month. I have 6 (six) unoped, unused bottles of VITOBRAIN. I would like to send them back to the company and get a full refund. Please help me with this this matter.

Desired Outcome

I will send back to the company 6 (six) unopened, unused bottles of VITOBRAIN supplement for full refund.

I cancelled this product trial and future purchase within the 14 days via email (the only contact information I had) and I was charged in full.
On June 12, I received confirmation email of my trial purchase. the email originated from [email protected] Upon trying the product I did not like it and send numerous emails to cancel the product and return the product. I received no response. I contacted my bank to locate a telephone number associated with the initial trial shipping charge and was informed that no contact information had been included. I replied to the email they sent me, but received no response. I emailed them again directly within the 14 days and received no response. after 14 days they charged me for the full amount 102.95 and this time there was a telephone number associated with the transaction. I called the number and was told I never contacted them to cancel the product. I assured them I had and was told they never received any such notice. I responded to the future cancellation notice and was still told I had never replied or emailed them. The supervisor stated I could contact [email protected] if I had further concerns and I have but continue to receive no response. I called customer service again asking for the correct mailing address to return the product and submit a written complaint and was told they could not provide any address other than an email address and if I had emailed [email protected] they would have replied. This process began June 14 and I have continued to email, but continue to receive no response.

Desired Outcome

In that the only contact information provided was an email address and that I have continually emailed the company, I am requesting a full refund. I sent emails to the company while on the phone, both directly and via the reply button and the customer service supervisor assured me they had not recieved any emails from me. The only time I had access to a telephone number was after the 14 days, so I had no other choice than to communicate via email, but they keep stating no correspondance has taken place.

unwanted delivery of vita-brain, signed up for free sample only, no continuous orders
Sent unwanted order and billed for it. No future orders wanted

Desired Outcome

I only agreed to try a free sample. Since that was ineffective I do not want any more of Vito Brain

This is the package information that arrived with order just a couple days before I was billed for the entire retail of item for a "test trial". The retail price of said trial was never advertised or listed. I called to cancel any further transactions from this company and was pitched 3 seperate times for up to 60% off of retail price for future orders with this company for said supplements in order informations. I refused and told them 3 times to cancel my subscription and to not further bill my card. They then went to give me a conformation cancel number and after the first letter it went to hold music without the number being read off. I am going to call back again to cancel again via phone. I am really not wanting to cancel my card again after having to cancel my card after a skimmer already got my information a month earlier at a CVS Pharmacy when getting my prescriptions.

Desired Outcome

I do not want any further billing from this company PERIOD. I dont want any FURTHER CHARGES to my account. I want my information used in this transaction to be viewed as theft if they charge my card again with anymore charges.

I ordered free sample and was signed up for regular shipments. I have sent 2 e-mails cancelling with no response and a charge is on my credit card.
I submitted an order for 2 sample products on May 5. I contacted the company via e-mail on May 10 cancelling all future shipments and charges. I did not receive a response. Therefore, sent another e-mail on May 15. Both e-mails requested a confirmation response. I received no response to either e-mail. Today, May 19, I see a new charge of $102.95 on my credit card for the product that I cancelled. I need my credit card charge refunded and confirmation that all future shipments and charges have been cancelled.

Desired Outcome

1. The charge of $102.95 on my credit card should be refunded. 2. I should receive confirmation that all future shipments and charges have been cancelled

Vito Brain Advertised Free Sample with paid postage. Now being charged for monthly subscription. I ONLY wanted free sample.
I saw an advertisement on the internet for Vito Brain which is supposed to be a brain enhancement formula made by Ben Carson. Ad contained many testimonials from famous people. The ad indicated a free monthly sample would be sent to me if I just paid for shipping of $7.95. During the ordering process, another page came up saying most people order an additional supplement when ordering the Vito Brain. I did not have a place to say NO so I hit continue. I gave all the necessary information including my credit card info and hit send (2/2/19). On 2/4/19 my credit card data showed a withdrawal of $7.95 as expected. On 2/5/19, another $7.95 was withdrawn. I did receive a confirmation notice of my order. First thing I noticed was there was NO address for this company, NO phone number. There was an email address of origination of receipt ([email protected]). It informed me a couple things I didn't know, the charges would be charged under DIAMONDBMUSCLE-VANTIV7691, SchultzSkin (Glendale, AZ). Also, at the bottom of the receipt it stated "A purchase and subscription was made from the ip address: 7-.-.1.-1". numbers negated for security. Grand total of the charge $15.90 (twice what I expected).
Approximately 8-10 days later I receive a single (one) package with two bottles in it. It was the Vito Brain and Prime Omega 100. I tried them for a week and experienced diarrhea and stopped. About that time I receive a call from my financial institution's fraud alert division about a $102.95 charge from Diamond B Muscle 800-279-6959 CA. They wanted to know if I had authorized that charge. I said NO. We discussed the circumstances of this issue and they suggested notifying Vito Brain (I did Via email), notify the Revdex.com (I am) and my state fraud division (I will).
The advertisement I viewed said nothing about a re-occuring subscription with automatic credit card withdrawals. Just for a free sample at the cost of S&H. The second bottle was sent because there wasn't a way to say NO and continue.
I feel as if I have been taken and want this to stop before it goes any further.

Vito Brain
3201 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33684-9001
email: http://www.vitobrain.com/
Phone: 800.906.0054

Desired Outcome

I feel the double $7.95 charges (totaling $15.90) are on me. I did order for a FREE sample and pay for S&H. I DO NOT believe the $102.95 is on me. I did NOT want to continue receiving this "brain enhancer" supplement anymore. It was my total understanding that if I wanted to try the supplement - here it is FREE and just pay shipping and handling. As it turns out, there was more to it than meets the eye which was NOT evident on the advertisement that I observed. Final resolution: Vito Brain to credit my credit card (they have the brand and number) for the $102.95 AND they DO NOT ever send anything to me again NOR charge my credit card again.

Customer Response • Mar 07, 2019

Issue has been resolved. My credit card Account was credited for charges. You can close the complaint.

Deceptive marketing practice which included "free trial" of their product. However, credit card info then used to automatically bill you monthly.
The company used Facebook advertising claiming free trial of their product for payment of shipping cost. The company then used that payment information to automatically charge and ship products on a monthly basis. These products included Vito Brain and Prime Omega. Authorized amount to be charged on my credit card was for shipping only in the amount of 2 payments for $7.95 on 11-8-18. My credit card was also charged, without my authorization, on 11-27-18 for 2 separate amounts: $99.95 and $102.95 and charged again, without my authorization on 12-22-18 for $110.90 and 12-23-18 for $107.90. In summary, my credit card was charged, without authorization, for 4 separate charges in the amount of $421.70.
This company is apparently based out of Tampa, FL but the charges on my card were listed as Diamond B Omega and Diamond B Muscle (listed transaction in CA). Additionally shipment of this product was from H&M P.O. Box 3011-47, Salt Lake City, UT 84130.
I contacted the 2 separate 1-800 numbers listed on the product and listed on my credit card billing information. Both numbers go to the same call center. Those numbers are: 1-800-279-6959 and 1-800-947-6676. On 12-31-18, I spoke with Fran from the company and formally requested that Diamond/Vito Brain stop charging my account. I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company as I only authorized 2 payments in the amount of $7.95 each.

Desired Outcome

That the company stop their deceptive/misleading marketing techniques and refund my credit card in the amount of $421.70

I did contact VitoBrain and cancelled my subscription. I had to cancel my credit card that VitoBrain was charging.

I ordered a free trial. When I recieved the package there was no information for return, company name, nothing. 2 weeks later, a charge of 200.00 was posted to my account from them. When trying to get information on a return for a refund via email, they told me to contact customer service. When I did, they refused a 100 percent refund. They started at 35 percent and I kept insisting a full refund. Finally, I got the refund with a restocking fee. I had to send the product back. I was told if it was not recieved by 11-8-18, I would not receive any refund. I sent the product priority mail. I asked to have a name to send it to for a signature. They would not give me one. In tracking my package, I received an alert telling me that there is a delivery issue. The address given for the return does not match the company name. I was told that the return address given was the warehouse that took the returns. When trying to locate any information on the company via web searches, it routes and reroutes your search never giving you any information. I have not been able to get any information on who owns the company or where to send a complaint.

Desired Outcome

Refund I want a full refund. I would like an investigation into the company. I am uncertain if you are able to do investigations. If that is something you do not do, please guide me as to how to get that accomplished. I am concerned for other people being cheated by this company.

Customer Response • Nov 18, 2018

After contacting you, I contacted my bank. They took a report. 2 days later, I got an email from the company telling me that I would get a full refund. I hope that this company will have this incident on your Web site so that people will know. It took great effort for me to get my money refunded. I believe that if I had not contacted you and my bank, I would not have ever heard from the company again.
Thank you for all your help.
