The explanation from VW makes no sense. The manufacturer is VW itself - VW is billing me for unfair and deceptive chargesI need help resolving this as the business is not working with me I turned this Vehicle in because it wasn't large enough for my family and the dealer couldn't help me.Now I'm being billed all these ridiculous charges

VW sent their original response and I replied to that through Revdex.comThey did not again respond as far as I knowMy issues are not resolved and I remain with my original issues

I originaly contacted *** nancials and *** customer services*** customer services transfered me to *** financials they could not helped me so they were trying to transfer me AGAIN to customer servicesIt has been several days and even after I opened this complain no one has contacted me, someone even told the Revdex.com thatvI was contacted about this when it was not true, I invited you to produce the records of that callWhat ever *** issues are withbtheir systems and their data, I dont understand why shoild I need to contact them againI want to speak with someone that can give me answersI dont care about your mail, specially because I have to wait at leats other days to get what ever data someone has collectedWhy is *** refuse to talk to me about this issue?

I am rejecting this response because:This is the worst business I have worked withI have left laura several messages and she fails to respondThe issues with the ** made the vehicle unsafeAudi/vw auto group allowed my family to be in the vehicle while unsafe putting my family in harmAudi/Vw failed to view the concerns with the vehicle as well as a very long delay to pull current service historyFailed to see that the vehicle was returned back to the dealer not even hours after pick upAudi has been notified on many times in regards to the issues with the vehicleAudi failed to complyAudi has failed to return several phone calls in regards to the urgency of this matterIf audi would have take the matter more seriously while the vehicle was at the dealer for almost a month we would not be in this situationAudi also talked about a settlement not once was any mention of a settlementOnly mention was to have the vehicle replace due to the long list of issues with the vehicle. Audi deemed that the vehicle did not meet their so called requirements for a replacement If that was the case why was the vehicle right back the next day new r/o opened for suspension noise once again (same issue back in october) and lower control arms and bushings were ordered with not promise of a fix(please not shop foreman also spoke with audi rep to confirm)Why should a vehicle with 78xx miles need this type of repair keep in mind the vehicle was awaiting on approval for arm rest, passangerside seat and driver seatWhy would a vehicle with 78xx miles need the center console replaced a second time? and why should I need new seatsWhy should I have to pay for a vehicle that I did not even have? Audi has failed to comply Audi has failed to even help their own dealershipAudi has failed to help a customer I did not build the vehicleAudi is still dragging this on and for that I have as well notified local news companies ( perks of having friends who work for these stations and have been following my comments on social media)As well I have made people who are looking into purchasing new audi's to say away due to all the issuesjust off the top of my head we have turned away people from buying audi'sAs well we have had friends that have decided on their own free will to speak there mind at the dealership. The General Manager for the dealership we purchased the ** from even contacted audi on our behalf and he could not get Audi to helpOver principle I will continue to escalate this continuing issue with audi until Audi decides to do the right thing and stop hiding behind the phone.
