Westin Air

I am pleased to recommend this company. They have replaced furnaces and air conditioning units at two locations for me. One location had issues that needed to be addressed because of the cold air return in a building that was constructed in the sixties. Wes made several trips to assist me in deciding which furnace would best accommodate the needs of this two floor apartment. The old furnace was extremely loud and expensive to operate. The new ones are just the opposite. Also, without an additional charge, Westin removed the old air conditioner and furnace at one location and waited for about a month before installing the new units. This gave the flooring contractor time to finish his work. The removal team and the installation crew did a great job and they were so nice. Likewise, Cathy and Wes were wonderful to work with. Later this year I am going to have Westin replace another furnace and air conditioner in another apartment. As you can tell, I would not be hiring them again if I wasn't very satisfied with everything about this company, they are the best in their business. And, not to forget, their charges were reasonable.

From the very pleasant lady who answered the phone to Seth who did the work, every one was extremely professional and courteous, on time, and efficient. From working with Westin Air in the past, I already had high expectations of them and their work. They came to my home to install a new Trane furnace/ AC unit and far exceeded those expectations! The guys were also very professional and courteous to my wife, who works from home. I would very highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of new furnace/AC install, repair or tune-ups!

Westin Air replaced my very old and worn HVAC system which turned into a very difficult job for Westin Air due to unforeseen issues and a hot water tank (also very old) that needed to be moved. Westin walked me through the entire process and assisted finding a vendor for the hot water tank at a very reasonable price from a reliable company. The issues required additional time and effort for the team on-site, and they were professional and got the job done. From the person that gave me the quote, the scheduler's phone calls, and the actual installers, it was a pleasure to do business with Westin. Great job and very reasonable. On April 13, 2018 Westin Air installed a Trane S9V2 80k BTU furnace and XL16i 3 ton air conditioner in my home. Also included were a Honeywell Vision Pro 8000 thermostat with WiFi, Honeywell Filter Media Air Cleaner, pads under both units, all electrical rework, replacement of all refrigerant lines, and a one year service agreement with fall and spring check-ups. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the first visit by Kathy, who provided the quote, to the installation by Seth and Jake, to all engagements with the office staff; everyone was transparent, honest, straightforward, and hard-working. Seth and Jake were courteous, thorough, and polite. They were professional and went the extra mile to make sure that all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. Westin Air's quote was complete and around $1000 less than any of the highly rated competitors from whom I received quotes. I highly recommend this company.

I called Westin Air and they came out the next day. Jake had the problem tracked down in a few minutes. He was professional and polite. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill. Fast response. Good service. Fair price. Great company.
