Regarding a letter of the case # [redacted] , I am sorry to hear about the complain and miscommunicationWe have been here years to serve and proud to be the best cleaners in townIn the cleaners, When the customers bring the clothes, we make a ticket and tag each items right wayIn this case, he bring sets of OCP uniform and we used tags to secure on his uniformsThis is how we match clothes together when we finished cleaning & pressing and pack for customers to pick up with ticketWhen he called to complain, we have ask him to bring whole items back so that we could exam, all tags were missingMy clerk explained the cleaners packing procedure and asked him where is the tags, he was upset and walked out.---( this is what I heard from my clerk) After I have received a letter from Revdex.com on Oct13, I have called the customer to bring all pieces back ( sets ) so I could exam and try to solve the problemI told him we are sorry for any inconveniencesHe said no problem and he will bring tomorrow which was Octand he still didn't come yet
