Thier site has made my contact information public via Google search and it's their responsibility to provide a reasonable opt-out to remove my information when I request it. All of their options require a fee to remove, and I did not request to be on their list to begin with. All other "data broker" sites have fairly reasonable opt-outs that allow you to be removed within a couple of hours just by filling out a form online for FREE. Their business practices are a major violation of my privacy.

I am rejecting this response because: This is extortion, your website charges people in order to get it removed thats unacceptable and extremely wrong.

targeted to on-line businesses, require all nonfinancial businesses to
disclose to customers, in writing or by electronic mail, the types of
personal information the business shares with or sells to a third party
for direct marketing purposes or for compensation. Under the California
law, businesses may post a privacy statement that gives customers the
opportunity to choose not to share information at no cost.
California Civil Code §§ 1798.83 to .84Therefore they need to provide the option for me to remove all my personal information at no cost.
