Bar Enterprises

I selected and paid cash for a new motorcycle seat from Bar Enterprises (website harleyseats . com) during Arizona bike show in March 2015. Numerous phone calls and many promises has left me with no seat 6 months later. I have emailed the owner, Andy, sending a copy of my receipt but he and his company have yet to send me my new seat. I paid $ 325 cash so I have no recourse through my credit company. I Travel often and I found that they will answer the phone when they don't recognize the number. This is the only way I have been able to talk with Andy. During each call I have been told that the seat is ready to ship and he will take it to shipping as soon as he can. I guess he can't find his way to shipping.
