Me too, with no missed payments and needing relief assistance. I owe more now than before. One creditor 's claim was an initial judgment, the Citadel summons dept sent to their Law Group, I have their info, who told me I could not file a hardship with court and never mentioned the exemption my pension is exempt from. At that time I had become very ill and then retired. Citadel Document Solutions really used their young recruiters to help this very ill, disabled, retired supervising investigator, simgle mother of an adult special needs daughter, paying full MEDICARE out-of-pocket at almost $700 monthly, with a $164. reimbursement added to my pension after the fact. I was losing, Never missed a payment for 20 years+. NOTE (sarcastic laugh) My FICO shows my credit utilization of 105% with no missed payments still. That same creditor received a judgment against me, filed a lien against me and Citadel told me to get well and it would go to the 3rd level to wrap up the open credit cases. I was under nursing care for 2 1/2 years and began to be able to put my life back together when this same creditor who sent 3 1099's, 2 more legal court documents I haven't been able to read as I was served yesterday by the Sheriffs to levy my bank account. My only income is my pension. No spouse, no SSA. I must now file the exemption , although my exempt status does not require it, the Wisconsin attorneys do not evidently know California Law.I am receiving a call back from my attorney advisor group today as I needed to fax him the Levy papers. If there are this many on here and appx 200 on the BBB, we need a class acyion if possible I am in, it takes only 3 to begin, then does 4 thru ? Let me know, this is too much that is only the beginning of what Citadel has so egregiously damaged our lives.
