I purchased 2 round trip transportations to the doctors office for my father. He only used 1 trip.On 6/15/2015 I purchased 2 round trip transportations for my father[redacted]. He was a patient at[redacted]. The transportation was for 6/25/2015 and 7/15/2015. The cost was $146.40 for both trips. (So, $73.20 for each trip) on 6/25/2015 [redacted] picked up my father and the check. Then a week later my father was discharged from [redacted] and therefore did not use the 2nd trip.I called in July and was given the name of [redacted] to call in billing. I left a message , she never returned the call. I called again on 9/1/2015. The dispatcher said he was forwarding my information to the owner. I called again on 9/09/2015 and the dispatcher said he had given the owner my information. The owner has not called me back. The owners name is [redacted]. The dispatcher would not give me his phone number. The number I have for the company is [redacted]. The check was written on a [redacted] of [redacted] and [redacted]. Check number is [redacted]. Was deposited into a [redacted] on or about 6/25/2015.I am asking for a refund of $73.20 for the unused trip.Thank you,[redacted]/////Desired SettlementRefund of $73.20 for unused trip /////The company H2GO contacted me and sent me a refund of $73.20.
