Handy Maids

I contacted this business found on a Craigslist ad. I scheduled a cleaning and they did not show. I contacted the business through their telephone number, leaving a voice mail, and also sent an email and a message on their facebook page to find out what the issue was. They never contacted me. I understand that mistakes happen, but not returning business calls is never acceptable.
