Jawbreaking

As of today, May 23rd, 2016; I placed an order 63 days ago, and was told the order would be shipped within 5-10 days. I am still waiting for shipment. I have sent multiple emails to the company regarding shipment and a new shipment date. May 9, 2016, I got the first reply stating the following "I will make sure your order gets shipped out today via 2-day priority mail". 14 days later I am still waiting for my package.Product_Or_Service: Mystery Grab Bag (4 SHIRTS) - LOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like an accurate new shipping date and for my items to be delivered in a prompt matter.Customer Response: Issue was resolved

Placed order #XXXXX on 08/20/16, email "shipping 3-5 days", BILLED already, sent several emails, still no merchandise!!!I placed order #XXXXX for a coffee mug for $21 on August 20, 2016 and received an email confirmation stating got my order and will ship 3-5 business days. Got billed. I have not gotten my merchandise. Sent SEVERAL emails with no reply. Finally got an email on September 27, 2016 stating they have "accepted my order and gave me [redacted] tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, which shows "preshipping information". I would just like my money back at this point!!!Desired SettlementAt this point, I just want my money back and I would appreciate at least an email from the company with some explanation.
