Order counter top along with bathroom counter top in April. While installing the counter top on a Monday in June was off an inch and could not install sink or counter top since the marble was cut incorrect. So without a kitchen the Stone Center asked me to look at new piece on Tuesday after they had a new shipment of marble, on a message they told me they were trying to get it worked in on Thursday or Friday. So I went down on Tuesday told them that was fine thinking I would be put on the top of the list and get it installed on Thursday or Friday. Stone Center called me Wednesday said they would be out to install on Tuesday at 1-3pm, I was told them I was understanding it would be done today or tomorrow and hung up. Called them on Thursday they said there machine was down but they would be out Friday to install, 5 days after the fact and without a kitchen. So Friday there are three installers instead of the two on Monday, the guy that is missing was the installer to drill the hole in the vanity and set the bowl. I had paid for the 15 year sealer looked at the paperwork, was hovering when finishing up vanity and I did not see any sealer get placed onto vanity. The nuts were missing out of faucet kit, so when I contacted about the sealer on vanity told me it was placed onto vanity, and nuts are at the shop. I also asked about another piece for the inconvenience for past week, "we can make you a deal."
I appreciate the feedback regarding Bryan R disappointing experience with Stone Center of Dayton. I had a conversation with Bryan as well as a member of his family on Wednesday. We discussed many of the details of the project. I am going to Bryan's house today to see the finished project as well as measure for an additional piece Bryan would like to have. I will also get more details from Bryan about his dissatisfaction. Bryan will not be charged for the additional work we are gong to do for him . We understand the inconvenience we put Bryan through and would like to try to make up for it. I will bring up, in our next Stone Center meeting, Bryan's issues so that everyone at Stone Center is aware and strives to make all our customer experiences positive.
I met with Bryan R on Thursday. Bryan is happy with his finished job We reviewed his dissatisfaction and he appreciated the fact that I came to his house and we are going to supply a piece for a cabinet he added to his kitchen.
On 6-26-18 the piece for my cabinet was delivered as promised.
