I am a previous tenant of VP management. Approximately one week after I moved out of the home I had rented from them I received an email saying I owed an additional $405 for cleaning services for the house and if I did not respond within 10 days I would be sent to collections. This property management business had already kept my $740 deposit that I paid upon move in. When asked for an idemizened list for what they are charging us for the list included: Bulk items excessive debris: $335, mowing trimming landscaping: $400, general cleaning plus stove and fridge: $210, carpet cleaning per room: $200. All that subtracted by our $740 deposit left our account at $405. I am a clean person and I deep cleaned that home and personally shampooed the carpets before I left. I also collected photos of all of the rooms in the home before leaving.

Billing Adjustment I honestly don't care if I get my $740 deposit back but I would like this business to be reminded that I am not responsible for the general cleaning of a home after I move out. I did my part and it's their responsibility to do whatever excess cleaning they wish. I will not be paying the additional $405 but I don't want them to try and send it to my collections. I honestly think the pricing on their services is a scam in order to get more money out of me and I am not going to fall into their trap
