Once my claim was made, I was contacted by email. In the email I was asked to provide pictures of the paint damage on my new Tahoe. I am a untrained photographer and my pictures are never really good. My CLAIM was denied immediately. Sensing this is unfair I have requested a REAL person contact me and physically schedule a time to look at the paint damage. I've asked for a refund, because now I believe this product is a scam and only AI's are working for this company. I paid for a product which promises to protect my paint, but I have paint damage and no resolve to repair it on a vehicle that is 6 months old. The Xzilon Claims Manager, Bridgett Orozco has DENIED my claim without a clear cause, who is this non-empathic AI? So, no refund and no repairs! This fake company only takes your money and does not repair. Think twice before purchasing.
