  Watch out for the $Prog and Setup fee After receiving my phone - I got charged $ No one, at anytime during my hour ordeal (I wanted a Galaxy they wanted to sell me a Motorola phone) was there any mention of a fee for selling me a phone I purchased my phone at the New River Mall in Christiansburg Virginia

  Better Business:So the cameras show that I was in McDonald’s drive thru for minutes IfI was in line then that means that I did not receive food, so perhaps the time was longer, perhaps much longer than the actual minutes shown on footageEither way, minutes does not equal fast food.I cannot believe that Dave S [redacted] is pushing the matter so much I called because I had terrible service resulting in cold food and come away with a “sy” attitude and even poorer customer service.I am disgusted with McDonald’s employees, management and especially MrDave S [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

  One of my managers had offered a refund back to her card and she didn’t want to drive up here The only way we could refund her money, is if we had the card here to refund or if she gave her card number over the phone, and she didn’t want to do either We don’t know how else we can do this for her

  We had lunch at this location. We ordered from the lunch menu 3 items for 12.99 including a drink, appetizer and main meal. We waited for over 20 minutes to get our appetizer, and 15 seconds later the main meal came. We had both 1/2 slab of ribs. We received 4 ribs each. A pig has 16 ribs, so a half slab should be 8 ribs. This is false advertising. It should say 4 ribs not a 1/2 slab. Product_Or_Service: December 2019

  VTB has been in touch with the customer and while we both agree that this issue was caused by human error, we are not able to agree upon the final outcome The brand of tub the customer purchased over the VTB website is a brand that is not warehoused at the VTB warehouse rather it is shipped from the manufacturer’s warehouse directly to the customer The order was placed on 1/12, processed on 1/to the manufacturer and the manufacturer advised same day that this model of tub had been discontinued...
