I have been a customer at Forward Dentistry (River Center) for as long as I can remember. The service providers are generally pretty good. It is the front office staff that leaves a bad taste in you mouth. I understand that there are misunderstandings, however there is a way customers should be treated. Treating customers rudely or in a condescending manner is never acceptable. Today's interaction was the end of my relationship with Forward Dental. There was disagreement that about a missed appointment fee and rather than discussing it, the front desk person said to me , "we can reschedule when you can pay". The office manager would not even talk to me. Her response, when I reached on the phone, was that we can email you a release form so that we can forward your dental records to your new dentist. WOW!
Previously my wife left forward for poor treatment by the front office staff and the office changed her dentist without telling her. She complained about the Dr. switch and they acted as if it was no big deal.
