Every time I have had an appointment with my PA, she was rude and literally couldn't answer ANY of my questions. Simple questions about the injections seemed like a hassle to the PA. The problem with asking questions was not just one day, everyone could have a bad day and react poorly, we are all human. it was a problem EVERY time I saw her. Her entire Job is to answer questions, and that's not all! Today I had an appointment, getting out of my car I had hit my neck on the top of the door getting out of the car, hard enough where I was visibly bleeding. Waiting in the room I opened a drawer looking for a band-aid in concern of this woman having to touch me while I was bleeding. She opens the door as I'm looking for a band-aid and scolds me say don't go through my drawers. 'My apologies, I'm bleeding and looking for a band-aid" I said.
' We don't do that kind of thing here, we have no band-aids" she nastily says. The last thing I saw before she closed the drawer almost catching my hand in the process, was a container full of band-aids. These people probably just got paid several hundred dollars to not answer any of my questions, be rude to me, and not even give me a 30 cent band-aid. There is more, I had gotten a hip injection there once. That same day, in far more pain then any other injection ever given to me I called the office and told them somethings wrong. I told them I had followed all directions and used the proper medication and had been icing the are on and off with no relief. the doctor called me back and had said I told you to use Ice, with a rude tone of voice. I went to the E-R later that night and after imaging the doctor told me that they hit a nerve. He asked how the procedure was done, I told him they did it by hand. His jaw dropped and he then told me deep hip injections were supposed to be done by ultrasound. One star is far too generous.
