In 2010 we have created a site and have placed it on 000webhost. It was a site of our organization - movement [redacted] - a society of the international friendship. The site never was commercial. The address was [redacted]. All was normal, we accepted conditions of a free hosting, and the site was small - at the moment of blocking about 42 Mb. We had time to make an exchange of links with other sites, have registered it in different search engines. Recently our site has been closed without any warning. Having come into "members area", I have seen the short message:" Suspended ([redacted] )". No explanations, no offers to correct anything, inquiries in technical support are not accepted, at their forum I cannot be registered anymore, because I already "not a customer". Has written to them from other e-mail - no answer. There is no need to say that we did not post any "scam". What variants? The site was hacked, for example, the password have been stolen, posted something unwanted, have reported about it - the account is blocked. Then technical support should be at least on communication to understand, why suddenly normal people posted "scam". And they should think about safety. For example, access to "members area" (management of a site) - without SSL, not encrypted. If the support was on communication - all could be solved, but they are not. They neglected a vulnerability notice, kept their data unsecure and then lied about it once data was leaked. They lefy ticket info open to the public and now refuse to delete my account. I want my account deleted

I see that your F rating of 000webhost.com is based on a very small number who complained. I think we should consider how many have a good experience and just don’t say anything? So I question whether this rating is valid. They have hosted my website for several years under their free hosting plan (they have paid plans too) and they have served me quite well - not perfect, some disappointments yes, but what do you expect for free? Just speaking from my own experience, I would rate them a C. I think F is too harsh.

At first, I loved 000webhost. While they constantly urged you to pay for the premium version, how could I complain? It's FREE!

That is, until about a week ago, when they just randomly suspended my website for "scamming". First off, I wasn't selling anything AT ALL. It was simply my BLOG for custom gaming controllers. I contacted them, telling them how it had to have been a mistake. The response? "We're sorry, we cannot unsuspend your account, as you were scamming your customers."

WHAT CUSTOMERS? 000 doesn't review their facts before doing anything. They simply do it. And when you act back, they just get angry.

Just spend the $12 a year and go with GoDaddy. It's worth the extra money for their great support team and their great service.
