Review: I took this online credit counseling course as directed by my attorney and I went through this company because it says that I will receive my certificate after completion. I completed the 1 hr session and after speaking to the representative she told me my figures were invalid. Meanwhile in the beginning of the session it said to try and gather the figures or can give estimates.

Review: I paid $9.95 for a Mandatory Debtor Credit Counselling course from these people. I completed the course and was required to complete a "briefing" prior to receiving a Certificate showing completion of the course necessary to filing bankruptcy. No one answers the phone until they are closed. A person is put on hold and then an answering machine takes a message. An email tells to do a chat on their website. 3 times a name comes on the chat but nothing else happens. You just sit there waiting for hours on the phone or on the chat.Desired Settlement: I need the certificate or I will have to do a chargeback on my debit card and do the whole thing again somewhere else. Totally frustrated!

I spoke to [redacted] in reference to this complaint and she was able to speak to a counselor on July 21st and a certificate of completion was provided to her. In speaking to her today she told me that she's very happy with our service and she is willing to close out this complaint. I would greatly appreciate if this can be forwarded to her so we can close out this complaint. If any further information is required, please advise.
