Bad customer service and the contract means nothing to the drivers The contract is between you and this company which is an independent broker The company then contracts with a driver or another company to ship your car The driver showed up days before the "earliest delivery date" shown in the contract The broker did mention the car could be early or late but stated it was usually a day early
The date fell on a holiday weekend but the driver did not care nor did this company No consideration was given, beware!
