Mr [redacted] purchased a bunkbed from our store October 17, 2015. He gave us a call on October 26, 2015 to say that he had a bed bug and roach problem. As per store policy weask that any problems be reported within 24 hours of delivery or customer pick up. We also asked if he could bring...

pictures of his claim. His significant other came to the storeand showed us pictures as gave us an account of the events that led her to the conclusion she had some sort of infestation. The sales reps took down her information and told her amanager would give her a call. Mr [redacted] then called the store about 30 minutes and was offered a full refund and we would pick up the merchandise. He stated that if we picked itup his kids would not have anything to sleep on which we thought was odd because if you have an infestation, you would definitely want the merchandise removed. He then statedhe would call us back, but never did. At this point the resolution that we can offer is a pick up of the merchandise and a full refund. Bed bugs are an epidemic and can easily betransferred from anywhere. We call honestly say that Mr Woods case is an isolated incident and we don't have any complaints from any of our other customers.Thank you for your time[redacted] Store Manager
