To Whom It May Concern,Star Career Academy received a complaint on 7/22/from *** *** . In her letter to the Revdex.com *** *** stated that she was unable to retrieve her transcript from the time that she attended Star Technical Institute. Upon
receiving the notification, we contacted *** *** via telephone
and we were able to determine that she was enrolled at Star Technical Institute
under her maiden name. With this information we were able to locate her transcript. A voicemail was left with *** *** requesting a confirmation of where she would like the transcript to be sent. After confirming the mailing
address and email address via telephone call, the transcript was emailed and
mailed on July 31, 2015. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that *** *** might have experienced in her attempt to retrieve her transcript
and encourage her to contact our office at ###-###-#### if she needs additional
assistance
