This claim was sent in to OWP on Dec 15, and denied at that timeI am not sure why the customer is sending a complaint over a year later
I received a claim for *** on Dec 15,2015, which was denied due to lack of maintenance
As per the terms of the extended warranty contract "coverage is not provided under the terms of this plan unless the unit has been serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations"The manufacturer recommends a service at hours or months, and every hours or months,whichever comes first***'s unit which was brought to the dealership had hours on itThe unit was purchased on November 08,2011, therefore the unit should have been serviced in May and again in 2013, and The only qualifying record we have of a service being done was on July 21,
When I asked *** to provide proof of service, he provided a handwritten receipt, dated Oct 14, for an oil change kit and a computer generated receipt for an oil change kit, dated May 05, I told him these did not qualify as proof of serviceHe then sent us the same handwritten receipt with the unit's serial number handwritten on it and another handwritten receipt dated the same as the computer generated one listed above, only it also had the serial number handwritten on itThis would not qualify as proof of service

That is a lie it was only in June of I spoke to the warranty service and again days ago and sad to me ,go get a lawyer or whatever u have to do and said we r not reopening the file.so apparently talking to them every time they sad about the matienanc on the vehicle was eithe or hours they apparently have no clue about matienance on a *** razor or any utv or ate.so apparently they r not willing to fixed it so if they don't I'm going to social media to let everyone no about their poor miss managed operationAnd regards of oil change receipts the first oil change was done so by *** and the other was done by me I went to frenchies in *** and bought oil change kits for my *** ***There for I went there and they r a certified *** dealer I explained the situation to them they gave me the receipts which I still have for proof.so apparently I feel as a customer I did all the requirements that was supposed to be done on the *** ***This is just an easy way out for the warranty service so they don't have to pay to fix my utvSo y should anyone purchase extended warranty if they r not going to do anything it think it is a scam and I think other people should no not to purchase this product to get scared over by a scam of a warranty productI have everything receipts and that wasent good enough for them so what more can I provre
