Review: The company collected $3,106 with a promise to deliver a German clock. However the merchandise never arrives by claiming the merchandise was lost during the shipment. When I inquire the company to provide proof of order, they don't respond and they don't answer the phone. I was totally mislead by the Revdex.com rating that the company advertises in their website. I believe this company is a scam! I need your help to get my money back.Desired Settlement: The company should refund the entire credit amount.

Thank you for your email below, and earlier letter.

Most recently over the last 2-3 weeks, I had been in touch with both [redacted] and [redacted] at the NY Revdex.com, explaining that we/I had responded to this customer via email back on August ** (3 exchanges, 2 from us and 1 from customer, all from that same day, AND are in the attachment) before we were aware that any complaint had been filed with the Revdex.com. We have intended to also forward our responses to you earlier, but are first now attaching these communications (see Attachment).

The Attachment should address all issues that were raised by this customer, and had already been addressed before as noted both above and IN SOME DETAIL in the Attachment.

While our language used with this customer may seem harsh, the customer clearly seems to be business savvy enough (ignoring interpersonal skills) to understand that his claims were most certainly meritless at the time he was making them. We also found them to be quite offensive personally, and responded accordingly, but that is obviously personal opinion.

As noted in the exchanges, I have been forced to be mostly away geographically (but not time spent) from the business for personal reasons over these last few months, and therefore did not receive any Revdex.com communication until after we had already responded twice to the Customer on August **. We have received no further email communication from the customer since August **, and as explained in the Attachment there should have been no outstanding issues to act upon back at that time (August [redacted]). At least that we were/are aware.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The merchant is not being honest about the situation. The situation was never resolved but I did get my money back unilaterally by initiating my Amex credit card chargeback. The bottom line is that I had paid the money upfront for the goods that the merchant promised to deliver in three months time but the merchant never did deliver the goods as promised nor had the merchant provided any update on the order during the three month time. When the merchant said the goods was damaged and not deliverable after I had inquired the status of the order, I believed I had every right to request either a refund or a replacement (whether or not the merchant actually intended to perform under the contract is a different question), but my request was refused repeatedly by not returning or taking my calls or responding to my emails. In merchant's latest response to Revdex.com, it seems to me that the merchant is making personal attacks on me, or the customer. To me, it is very unprofessional and not a respectable business practice. Had I not used my Amex credit card, I would have been under the mercy of this merchant to get my about $3,000 money back. It was my intent to try to give business to smaller guys (as opposed to [redacted] all the time), the outcome is pretty heart burning. Luckily I had a backup plan, which I was reluctant to use until the last minute and I'm glad that I did.
