I had occasion to search recently online for a service to pick up and remove 5 wooden pallets from my property. The very courteous and helpful response to my call resulted in a pick up later that same day for almost 50% less than I would have had to pay Waste Management for an "extra pickup" during my scheduled service. The pallets were removed efficiently and follow-up made by the company by both telephone and mail to confirm my satisfaction. I could not have been more pleased with the service.
