Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below.
This letter is to address the inaccurate facts that were brought forth by SSI. Yes, a dishwasher was delivered to my home as coordinated by [redacted] appliance. The white front dishwasher was installed where the old one had been. The installation went well with regard to dimensions for size to the point where I had a conversation with the installer about where the brackets were to be placed for upcoming new countertops. After two trial cycles, he said he was all set and showed me the opened dishwasher, which was gray and blue plastic, not what I ordered. Calls went to [redacted] from the installer and myself. I refused to accept the installed dishwasher since it was the wrong one. I never said it was my fault because it was not what was to be ordered by [redacted]. The phone conversation from the installer and [redacted] was to remove the dishwasher and return it to [redacted].The second fact is that the Water valve/connection under the sink was not turned off tight, and a slow leak developed that was reported when noticed. The live wire was free hanging. I never touched it or expected it to be live. My expectation was that my kitchen would not be left in a state to cause potential serious harm to others. This was noted by the professionals who came to install the correct dishwasher after the kitchen had dried out. Phone calls were made to the SSI customer service agent. She never informed me that the manager/owner was out of the country, but said he was on the road. The [redacted] appliance salesperson and manager also called SSI and informed me he would get back to me. It does seem that in 2015 with the modern technology that we have available to use (e-mail, text,  and cellphones) that a timely response to my concerns could have been accomplished if the SSI owner was out of the country. Was the company being managed by a customer service representative? If this person was in charge as the agent for the owner, then why was I told that it was only the SSI owner/manager who could evaluate the damage? The customer service representative did not know the liability insurance carrier. After this conversation I chose to have no further communication with SSI because all of it had been in vain.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: I purchased four coffee vending machines from 1 800 Coffee for $15,000.00 on September *, 2013. Each machine comes with delivery to my residence, free first time cups and product, training, a three year contract to a procured site and delivery of machines from my residence to assigned procured sites. The machines were supposed to be delivered the week of September *-**, 2013. 3 of the 4 were delivered on 09.**.2013 and the forth on 10.**.2013. I have not received the first time cups or product. 3 of the machines have been sitting in my residence for 2 weeks now. I do not have the procured sites information either. I have sent numerous emails asking Salesperson [redacted] about the free product and cups and when they will deliver the machines to the procured sites. He will not give me the information for the sites or when the machines will be delivered. He just emails me more and more lies. They have failed to adhere to their own contract. [redacted] is extremely unprofessional and uncooperative to my repeated requests for information. It has been five weeks since I paid for these machines and they remain in crates at my residence.Desired Settlement: 1 800 Cofee has delayed fulfilling the contract and has cost me lost revenue and time. These machines should have been in place and making me money 3-4 weeks ago. I should either receive a partial refund on the machines or free product to compensate me for my lost revenue and time. They need to complete their contract and provide training, the free first time product and cups, the procurement sites information and delivery of the machines to the procured sites.

Business

Response:

This is a response to Complaint ID# [redacted]. Our customer [redacted] lives on the [redacted] Floor on an apartment building. The first shipment of 3 machines took over 10 days to be delivered once shipped out from the factory because the trucking company we hired [redacted] was not able to deliver certain days which [redacted] knew all about. 1-800 Coffee even had to pay extra fees to provide the delivery [redacted] wanted. The 4th machine was just delivered yesterday by a different trucking company and went smoothly. The way 1-800 Coffee operates is once a customer receives all of there machines then locations are provided. The location coordinator contacted [redacted] yesterday stating he would be receiving locations today and Tuesday. Pertaining to products [redacted] has been notified via email that he will be receiving the products within a few days. 1800 Coffee has no control the delays from a shipping company and that is the only reason for delays.

Business

Response:

To respond. A product check was mailed out for the first time product bonus. Tracking# [redacted] Customer was also mailed out free cups via [redacted]. Customer was also mailed extra parts for the machines. Customer has been provided with 8 locations for his machines. His contract has been fulfilled.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Contract has been "fulfilled?" Two of the four machines do not work, I have been sent one part from [redacted] that 1 800 Coffee Vending quaranteed in writing a one year warranty that includes PARTS AND LABOR. They have not returned any phone calls or emails with regards to getting the two machines fixed. As far as the so-called "procured" sites go, I have been provided 8 worthless leads from Hot Drinks Vending that I have to call and procure the site. The only people they get for leads are schools and apartment offices. Neither are profitable. I have contacted every lead I have been sent and only one accepted a machine and it is not making any money. [redacted] continues to operate in a fradulent manner and is unethical in his business practice. He lies to his customers about the great sites they already have procured to get you to buy these crap machines and then pawns you off to some telemarketing company to provide you with nothing, but crappy leads. These machines are total garbage and I will not be satisified until I receive my full purchase price of $15,000.00 back. I have filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and the New York Attorney General as well. When does [redacted] plan on paying for the labor to fix the two machines that do not work? These are brand new machines that do not work? They are total garbage.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Review: I did business with the company 1800coffee and was told and guaranteed that if I buy a coffee vending machine from this company, that they had a location for me as soon as I buy the machine, with a guarantee that I would make $1500 a month at the location. I was really intrigued with the business opportunity so I agreed to buy a coffee vending machine. While waiting for the machine I would call 1800Coffee here and there just to make sure everything was alright with the shipment of my machine, and one time I called, me and [redacted] the guy who always answer the phone over at 1800Coffee, which lead me to believe that it's his company, I started a conversation, with me saying once I get this machine set up in the location I purchased( which was a medical facility), I'm going to be looking to purchase a another machine and [redacted] jumped at the opportunity to sell me another machine. So, he started to tell me about another contract that he just got with a Credit Card processing place that was suppose to be in Lebanon Tn. He made it real big by telling me it's the biggest Credit Card processing place in Tn and told me the only way I could get this contract was if I buy now. By this time it's a Friday and my first machine comes the following Monday, and I told him I need to see how things going to go with the first machine. But it seems like he knew things isn't going to go right with the first machine, and knows we're not going to do business no more, so he's telling me anything to get me to buy the second machine and guarantee once again that this is another $1500 a month location and the only way that I can get it is only if I buy now. I didn't have the money so I borrowed the money from a good friend, telling her everything that he told me. So, she wired the money that following Monday, also this day the first machine arrived and that's when everything became clear. He wouldn't answer the phone for me no more and had a vending machine locator contact me looking for locations.Desired Settlement: $7600 the money I paid him I want it back, and he can have his machines back. 1800Coffee is a business and he didn't give me no disclosure form to sign. I just want my money back!

Business

Response:

Our customer [redacted] entered into a business with 1800 Coffee on June [redacted] buying 2 coffee vending machines and 2 locations for the coffee machines. He has received both of his coffee vending machines and has been provided with 4 locations for the coffee vending machines to choose from.

Everything that is written on his contract that he has signed he has received. Contract has been completed. We are also attaching the contract [redacted] signed and section 3

clearly states once buyer receives equipment there are no refunds.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: 1800 Coffee haven't held up to it's end of the contract. Elliot Thomas of 1800 Coffee promised and guaranteed me a Medical Facility and a Credit Card processing company and told me I'm guaranteed to $1500 a month from both locations, presenting a business opportunity that never existed. I have on the contract we signed that a location was included with the deal and a three year contract, but every business I called that the vending locator provided wasn't interested in the machine and didn't won't it in their place of business. [redacted] basically told me a lot of false promises to get me to buy the machine and now want to hide behind a contract, when he know verbally what he told me. [redacted] also didn't provide a disclosure form giving me a certain amount of days to see would I like the business. [redacted] Stopped answering the phones and e-mails for me after I received both of my machines because he knew the promises he told me wasn't true, making him look very shady. I just want my money back and he can have the machines back. They're still brand new and have never been used, it's as simple as that, we exchange back what we have given to each other. I say this because I'm the only person who held up my end of the business deal 100%, but [redacted] only held up 25% of the business deal by making sure I got the machines, but all the other promises have never been met.

[Your Answer Here]

Nothing has been fulfilled in our contract I haven't received no locations I'm the only person who fulfilled everything in our contract by paying in full. This guy is a very deceiving person who lie about everything. He told me about great locations that never existed for the coffee machines, and now he's prolonging this complaint. Revdex.com do you know that this guy changed the name of his business and probably doing the same thing to other people that he did to me.

Sincerely,

Review: When I purchased 2 coffee machines from [redacted] he said he had 2 locations already picked out in Abingdon Md. I have a signed contract stating that as well. He also informed me that the first fill of the machines would be included, somebody would train me at the house on the machines and then also train me at the locations. Also he said the machines had a one year on-site warranty where someone would come out within 24-36 hours and I could purchase extended warranties for $150 per machine. I have not asked that issue yet. He was quick to receive my money and the machines were sent from Capita Vending in Las Vegas. I told [redacted] I received the machines and from here it goes downhill. [redacted] told me I needed to wait for my locations. I received an email 2 weeks for locations that were not what I was promised and nowhere close to the area either. I also later come to find out that my training is on an email and a youtube video. I take one of the machines out a location that I found, followed the video and the machine does not work. Asked [redacted] how iwould get help on this and he gave me a phone number of someone who just helps with setup. I also contacted capital vending who has been great in trying to help me fix it but the macine still wll not pump out water and they said the warranty is parts only and I have to ship the machine to them. If you need the locations of the 2 sites promised me I do have them. The name of the company supposedly looking for locations is called hot vending.Desired Settlement: I want the 2 Abingdon locations promised me, someone to get this machine working properly since I was told a 1 year on site warranty, and the first fill for free on both machines.

Business

Response:

This is a response to Complaint ID# [redacted]. Our customer [redacted] will be receiving the part to fix the problem that is causing the machine to have problems. Our customer [redacted] has received 3 locations for his 2 machines that he has purchased. He has chosen one of the locations so far he has been provided. The product check will be mailed out to our customer [redacted] on September [redacted]. Hopefully this will resolve his complaint.

Business

Response:

The location company will be providing [redacted] with more locations next week.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

I hope that they do deliver on the message that they are going to give me more locations to choose from. I don't know what would have happened if I purchased 10 machines? I have heard this before about getting location the next week and it keeps getting pushed off.

Sincerely,

Review: This is the second complaint I am writing in due to lack of locations for my vending machines. When they were originally purchased at the end of June I was told of the locations where they would be placed but never the exact address. I was told to wait until the machines were delivered and I would get those addresses. When I received that information it was not what I was promised and contractually signed. Eventually I have been given more "leads" which is what they are. I contact the customers and either they do not want the machine or the machine will not fit in the space they have. On Oct ** I contacted both my sales representative from 1800 coffee and the vending lead company saying I want locations that are 100% guaranteed meaning I don't have to call and just show up to install the machine. This is what I paid for going through 1800 coffee. I really did not want to have to write another complaint but since there was no response from either party for 10 days I felt this is the only way.Desired Settlement: Find me 2 guaranteed locations within 10 miles of my zip code within 14 days. Guaranteed means they want the machines, no further questions needed, and I just go to deliver the machine. Locations should also be able to generate the $800 to $1200/ month which is what I was told each machine should do.

Business

Response:

Customer has been provided so far with 5 locations. He bought 2 machines.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Locations have not taken machines. I was told I would have locations and not leads.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Business

Response:

Our customer [redacted] was provided with more locations over the past 10 days for his coffee machines. So far he has been provided with 5 locations.

Review: I identified 1 800 Coffee on a [redacted] portal. The company offered what seemed to be a lucrative business opportunity of generating revenue through coffee vending machines. I spoke with the company sales person named [redacted]. He said he had 2 locations available in my area-both were cited as high-traffic-one was 24/7 Call Center and other medical facility. [redacted] told me if I don't respond immediately, he couldn't guarantee the locations availability. I have his e-mail confirming that he set aside these 2 potentially lucrative locations for me. I fell for that and transferred him $7200 for 2 machines. When I received his contract, there was no mention of the locations he promised over the phone. When I asked him why, he responded the locations will be provided once the machines arrive. When the machines arrived, the marketer [redacted] hired, told me he found a nail salon in my area and a motel 30 miles away off a super busy I-95. If I knew that would be a nail salon and a motel 30 miles, I would have never bought those coffee machines. I confronted [redacted] about breach of promise. He responded he is done with me and will not change the locations. I have his e-mail confirming that those two-high traffic locations have been reserved for me and my purchase of 2 machines were contingent upon securing 7/24 Call Center and [redacted] in [redacted], which is only 10 miles away from me. Additionally, he promised I would receive free supplies the first time and free training from his company. I never received the supplies and nobody showed up to provide training. The Operations Manual that arrived with the machines, was poorly translated into [redacted] and was extremely difficult to understand. Every time I contacted [redacted], I got his comment he is done with me and that there will be no further support. Later I tried to locate company's Web site and contact their "customer service center." It appeared both have disappeared since they have been set up for a quick scam in the coffee vending business. [redacted] has been extremely rude and disrespectful. I'm requesting that [redacted] refunded my money and take the machines back. I don't need them. They are poorly manufactured, Operations Manual is hard to understand. I feel I've been ripped off by [redacted] and his "company."Desired Settlement: $7200

Business

Response:

Our customer [redacted] has received her 2 coffee machines and also has received 2 locations for them. Everything that is written on her contract she has received. Plus it clearly starts in part 3 of her contract that she signed there are no refunds.

Customers contract has been fulfilled.

Business

Response:

How can anyone make someone buy something. No where on her contract does it state the locations [redacted] our customer is mentioning. In this business locations come and go. She was provided with everything that is written on her contract.

Contract has been fulfilled.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

After reviewing [redacted] super laconic responses, I concluded he is not answering my questions to my satisfaction. In case he has issues understanding the [redacted] language, Let me break it down for him. I require [redacted] to respond to each of my questions below. .:

[redacted]: Our customer [redacted] has received everything she has paid for.

[redacted]: Whether I "received everything I paid for" is NOT a nature of my complaint. The nature of my complaint is that [redacted] used fraudulent sales technique to obtrain the contract with me. He used a high-pressure sales technique, making promises, and by falsely advertising 2 high-traffic locations in [redacted], which allegedly had a 3-year signed contract with the landlord. I was lured into this suppposedly lucrative opportunity by [redacted] through promises of the availability of these two locations. In other words, I thought I was buying the locations with the signed contracts (as promised by [redacted]). In reality that was not the case. There were no locations at the moment of me buying the machines and no signed contracts. The locations later identified my the marketers came as a complete shock to me. I immediately notified [redacted] about but did not get a clear answer as to why I did not get the locations he promised in writing. Please see the copy of the e-mail [redacted] sent me 4/*/13 (attached to my previous correspondence with [redacted] through Revdex.com).

[redacted]: She paid for 2 coffee machine and 2 locations which she has received.

[redacted]: I know I did but I did not receive the locations I was promised in writing. Please see [redacted]'s e-mail dated 04/**/13.

[redacted]: No where on her contract do is it stipulate exact location or addresses of them.

[redacted]: [redacted] has failed to inform me about it in writing via e-mail or verbally during our initial conversation. If I knew he would offer me a nail salon, I woud have never purchased those machines.

[redacted]: She was provided with 2 busy locations that want her coffee machines.

[redacted]: This is a complete lies. First of all, the locations are not "busy." Second of all, according to the e-mail from [redacted], there was no indication of any interest. I was expecting a call center and a medical facility in [redacted] as advertised in the e-mail from [redacted].

[redacted]: Training is provided with the manual that we provide with our machines and also on video that can be viewed online.

[redacted]: I was promised training in person. The manual was subpar and poorly translated into [redacted]. It was so bad, we couldn't understand a thing. What video?

[redacted]: Her contract has been fulfilled.

[redacted]: [redacted] keeps repeating this but the nature of my complaint is not about "fulfiling the contract" but rather about obtaining the "contract." Let him answer this question. How did he get this contract? Through lies, misrepresentation of facts, false statements, broken promises and high-pressure technique. That's the ground for my complaint. He must be brought to justice and I will do whatever is possible to make him pay for the damage he's done to me and many other ripped off customers who are currently brewing. There will be a mass litigation open soon if [redacted] does not settle with me and other customers he ripped off.

Sincerely,

Review: Delivery was very late about a month and stayed home twice to wait for it I was never told it was not coming the first time. on 2nd attempt on delivery [redacted] form their wharehouse ###-###-#### told me they are

waiting for a part and to make it up to me they will send me a free case of cups for this vending machine I never got the cups. I knew then I may loose my money then.

[redacted] told me their will be training when I get the machine on how to operate it and take care of it. No one called me after my vending machine came to me none of my phone calls where returned

I send them angry e-mails and told I will contact the Revdex.com only then [redacted] will respond I will have [redacted] a tech person call you on Tuesday I had called him before 3 times and never returned a call

when tuesday came [redacted] never called me I called their [redacted] number and left messages 5 times never a call back. [redacted] e-mailed me that I will get a video that gives you full training in a few days I never got it

I e-mail him and he e-mailed back and said just wach the video on [redacted] but that video is not compleete ([redacted]) I e-mailed back and said the machine came in not properly packed

one of the parts is jammed and it should not have been that way and when I plugded it in and push it's buttons they do not work. My last e-mail to [redacted] was that I will take legal action and will not let this go

he refured me to people that can help but they only send me back some pictures to look at. I e-mailed back that will not solve my problem and I need to speak to a live person but my e-mail was never answered

and no one called me either. Each time I e-mailed and complained I got referred to someone else, [redacted] e-mailed me and told me he does not understand my problem and I spend $3,800.00 on a coffee vending

machine and I canot use it.Desired Settlement: [redacted] told me their will be no refund. He swelled my head with sales pitches and told me he had a greeat location and if do not act now I will loose an apportunity if I do not act today

I tried to get into the vending business and made my first purchase and I was sold a pice of junk that does not work I will like for them to pay shpping ahead and take the machine back

for a refund paid ahead I do not trust this company at all. Note I called to many times and send to many e-mails to list on dates complained.

Business

Response:

This is a response to the complaint. Our customer [redacted] has never emailed the manufacturer as clearly mentioned in our warranty information that if they are having any issues with the machine they are to clearly email stating what the problem is. Each time company has been contacted [redacted] cannot explain the issue so how is he supposed to receive help. [redacted] will be contacted by the owner of the warranty company in the new few days to find out exactly what is the problem to get it rectified.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

This is not true what is a warranty when a machine arrives to me not working. My last e-mail about my problem to the people that should answer it didnot answer me. Answer me this YOU SAID your tech person will call me he never did and my calls are never answerd that is [redacted] at ###-###-####who is this person who is a technical svc. person and does not return calls. Why does the machine does not respond when buttons are pushed? Why did I find parts jammed in their slot and can't remove them when I open the box? Pictures and e-mails do not answer the questions about partsthat have faults. Where is you dvd? where are the technical people that your e-mails tell me to call? I opened the box and found a machine with parts issues and electronic issues, a brand new machine that I canot use and it needs factory service. Now since I NEVER USED IT and it has a 1 yearwarranty will the company pay for the shipping to them and back to me for repairs to be done? (unless you have a local service). The contract does not say who pays for the shipping since you shipped it busted you take it back at your expence and shipped back at your expencewhy do I have to pay for something that I just took out of the box and never used. The contract sayS their are no refunds BUT I THIND THAT MEANSFOR A MACHINE THAT ARRIVES WORKING

Response:

This customer has received everything to operate the machine. He has received the manual showing very clearly how to operate the machine step by step along with the video which does the same.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The manual does not have a trouble shooting section

Startup sequence not complete, The machine does not suck up water why? The buttons do not function when they are pushed why?

I did not get a video in the mail

The video on [redacted] anyone can look at it, it only shows you certain things not all machine parts are talked about I ask the Revdex.com people to look at it

go to [redacted] and type in [redacted] (I also think what they showed there was not done very well)

After the company said to Revdex.comI can contact them by e-mails for problems I did so again, This time about the machine not sucking up water

again it has been about 2 weeks and I never gotten an answer
