Review: Today, October 1, 2015, I spoke with [redacted] of Simple Billing Solutions at 800-558-9951 regarding the outrageous charges for a 2-minute collect call placed to our home phone. She stated that they would reimburse us for the charges in the amount of $22.87 ($19.06+taxes). However, she refused to provide me anything in writing reflecting what she agreed to do. Instead, I have to pay the phone bill now and wait 2 to 3 billing cycles before I can expect the credit to appear on my bill. I don't trust a company to keep it's word that charges approximately $10/minute for a phone call.Desired Settlement: Provide written documentation that they will reimburse us as indicated during the phone conversation.

Review: On 05/15/2015 I had made a debit call through this company my debit card started with $63.00. One call never went through so they charged me twice $25.00 an $25.00 again in holding my money for five to seven business days which was never said before I made the call there should never be no holding fee on a person debit card with out there a OK to do soDesired Settlement: I want my money put back on my debit card before five to seven business days

Review: My son called us from [redacted] from a pay phone. On May 23, 2014 I was sent a bill for $44.95 from this company. The call was placed collect and I accepted the charges. I paid this amount using a green dot money card because I was afraid to give them my credit card number. They continue to harass me to pay this bill. They call constantlyDesired Settlement: I have paid this bill and would like them to notate that and stop calling me.

Review: This company takes advantage of those without a cellphone and coin change; while needing to place a pay phone call at an airport.on April 7 2015, I was in the [redacted] airport and had no coins. I dialed a call to Talent OR. The first recording said 1 dollar for the first 3 minutes. Having no coins, I slid my credit card to pay. But then I heard another recording "1 800 Collect" for rate information press 3.I never heard the rate info and the called dialed and my friend's answering machine answered; and I hung up.I later found a $25 authorization on my credit card and a $9.30 cent charge several days later.Had I heard the rate, I would have hung up the phone before the number was connected to.It is obvious that this company does not automatically disclose it's exorbitant rates.This is so deceptive and should not be legal in the United States.I want to complain and work to stop this company's ability to take advantage of those who are duped by the scam.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund. I would like this business to automatically provide a rate before a call goes through. Every customer deserves the right for a disclosure before they make a purchase.This is an outrage.
