1-800 Dry Clean of North Wilmington

Review: I sent a Winter Comforter and matching Shams to be dry cleaned. I paid $49.64 for the service. I received the product back but due to it being a winter comforter I left it in the back so to keep it clean until I was ready to use it. When I removed it from the bag it was not only faded and the interior stuffing was all balled up and the shams were never returned. All this took place around May 2014. I received a letter from the company soon after that they were closing their Fairfax Delaware store. I called the Corporate office after finding the condition of my garment but the person I spoke to was rude and ignorant. I then called back and spoke to someone else and all she was offering was to talk to the warehouse guy to see if the shams could be found and possibly picking up the comforter to see if they could flatten it out which I've spoke to other cleaners and they it probably wouldn't not fix the issue.Desired Settlement: Either replace the cost of the comforter set or in the lease refund the money I spent to have them ruin my set.
