Hi There; I placed an order # [redacted] on February 3, @ 9:amThe order was for a floral arrangement to be sent to a Funeral Home re: death of a friendThe order was never processed despite confirmation, stating that the order was received and would be processed I expected the arrangement would be delivered without fail, however, I received a phone message on February 6th stating that they were too busy and the order had not been processedThis was the day after the funeral serviceI had no idea that the flowers had not been sent and therefore my tribute of condolence was never received by the familyYou would think that this store would have contacted me in advance so that I would have had the opportunity to chose another vendorThis is simply unacceptable and not the way to do business

I called this business to deliver flowers after finding out there was a death in the familyI had ordered flowers for same day delivery and had used a promo process to save a few dollarsThe promo never got attached to the order and I had to call in to get it appliedThey assured me it was applied and I would see a credit for the differenceThe next day, when I had not heard back - I contacted them to find out the flowers had never been delivered and there was no reason as to whyThey assured me the flowers would be delivered this day and I took them at their word and received emails advising me that there was another credit applied to the order and that they were going to send out the flowers 3rd day arrives and NO flowers have been deliveredI then call them to cancel the order and get my money back so I can reorder from another floristThey assure me the credit was going to be processed (I received email confirmations - multiple ones - on which amount would be processed)This was November 23rdIt is now December 5th and I have still not seen any credit from themI have spent multiple hours now dealing with this issue and have had enoughI write this as I wait on hold yet again to find out where my refund for services never rendered is [redacted]
