Review: The company emplyeees and I discussed what and how much of the debris was to be removed and they left behind part of what we had agreed on. When I called their customer service, the person did not listen to what I was saying and repeated what the drivers had told him, and he was extremely rude. Full payment was made and they did not hold up to their service.

When my driver arrived at Ms. [redacted]'s residence, she showed them a pile of junk that she wanted removed. My driver gave her an inital quote with a a range of $250 and $350, which Ms. [redacted] felt was too expensive. My driver then asked her what her budget was, and she responded that she didn't want to spend more than $165. My driver then identified what he would take for that amount, and Ms. [redacted] agreed. My driver then completed the job, Ms. [redacted] signed the invoice acknowledging that the job had been complete to her satisfaction, and paid in full. We later received a call from customer service indicating that Ms. [redacted] felt that we should have taken more. My driver indicated that he had taken exactly what he said he would take for the price indicated. I spoke directly with the customer service rep who spoke with Ms. [redacted], and he indicated that she had screamed at him, and that she was impossible to talk with. I later called Ms. [redacted] at her house on that Friday and left a message asking her to call me back, but she never returned my call.
Contrary to Ms. [redacted]'s statement, we took exactly what we said we would take for the agreed upon price of $165. That price did NOT include all of the debris Ms. [redacted] had wanted to get rid of, but it did include an appropriate amount for the amount paid. My driver was very clear with Ms. [redacted] in stating that he could not take all the debris for $165. Ms. [redacted] now wants us to take more debris free of charge.
