Review: On November 26, I made an appointment to use 1-800-G0T junk in Oceanside CA I was quoted $100 to $600 for the job. My brother and I were in an emergency situation in which we had to move our elderly parents, my father was very sick. He has since passed away. When the service came they overcharged at $1194. I immediately made a complaint to Edmond Lin who never contacted me to resolve the complaint I eventually got a woman in Canada to call me but she claimed they didn't do anything wrong and would not offer a refund for the overcharge. I have tried to contact [redacted] but have not received a response.Desired Settlement: refund $600
