Mrand Mrs*** contacted us to install a water heater they had purchased online through The *** *** website. We did not provide the product. After the installation, the product was having some issues. We sent a plumber to the home free of charge to inspect and
diagnose. They confirmed it is a manufacturer defect. We don’t warranty the unit the customer purchased and we provided free assistance in guiding the customer to resolving with the manufacturer. Our job is completed correctly, we have provided additional free services to assist in diagnosing, and the customer must redirect their complaint to Westinghouse Water Heater Manufacturing. The disputed price of $1,is not reflective of our contract, that may be what they paid for the water heater which we did not provide
