Review: I called this service to tow my car. They promised a tow truck within an hour and no charges if the tow truck did not arrive.

The dispatcher sent a tow truck to the wrong location. I waited nearly an hour and a half, called multiple times to confirm and each time they insisted the truck was coming.

In the end the tow truck did not arrive. I had to cancel the truck since they would have had to dispatch another truck in the correct location.

They then billed me for the service I never received.Desired Settlement: I want the charges credited back to my credit card, as I never received the service and I was forced to correct the situation myself.

Review: I had car trouble and called this company because I was out of town and did not have any one else to help me, but the sheriff helped me out before the company was able to get there. I called them back to tell them I did not need them, but my credit card was still charged for the services of this company when they did not even assist me. I called and spoke to an employee and he told me that I wouldn't be receiving my thirty dollars and referred to me as a "dumb, broke girl" then hung up on me. So, I called back and asked to speak with a [redacted] and the phone was turned over to the same man. He not only cursed at me, which I am not sure that any business owner should do, but he also told me that he was not the dumb one, and I must be looking in my rearview mirror and told me he wanted to speak with the sheriff that helped me so that they could tell him how dumb I was. Then, he proceeded to hang up the phone for the second time. All in all, the customer service of this company is horrible, and is definitely not the people I want to be speaking with when I am broke down on the side of the road.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate the refund of my thirty dollars, because I was not aware that I would still be charged even if I did not receive their assistance. I would also like this company to be aware of the customers they are losing and how to properly run a business.

Review: I have called and called this place multiple times to get my money back after they had taken money out of my account twice of $40 each time they promised they would reimburse me since they never sent any help my way and yet I have called to get my money back and they will not answer my phone calls the guy that is in charge of handling the reimbursement keeps screening my calls and I have left 2 messages for him to call me back and he has yet to do so I have emailed them and no answer. Im just tired of getting messed around because they don't want loose the money that they have not offered service to so they can keep the money I just find it horribly wrong and unacceptable in the professional world. I just want them to reimburse me the money they owe me plus the time I have been on the phone trying to get ahold of them. Which will total up to about 4 hoursDesired Settlement: Refund plus my time that I have wasted so I would like to see 4 hours of my time be paid for which is $15 an hour plus the 40 that they already owe me. And an apology
