Review: I ordered a phone case for my cell phone with my credit card on 7/**/2014.The order number is 1800mobiles-[redacted] It was the weekend. The order would go out the following business day. Monday the [redacted] of July. When I placed the order. I ended up at the order confirmation page. I printed it. According to their policy. Naturally my credit card would be charged. I would receive an email for this order to my inbox. I would receive a ups Ground email in order to track the package.

When Monday came and went by. There was no charge on my credit card. There was no email in my inbox . There was no email from ups ground for tracking the package. I went back to the website to find a contact number in order to solve this issue. I found nothing. I sent an email to the company on 7/**/2014. I got a support ticket with number [redacted] waiting for it to be assigned to an agent.

It has been over a week. Nothing has been done as far as informing me what steps are being taken to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: What I want done is to cancel the order all together. I do not want my credit card charged. I do want a copy of the invoice showing the order was place with the company and it was cancelled. I want this for my records.
