1800 Water damage did an excellent job in correcting my water damage issues. The team members that worked on my house were very good at explaining the process of my situation and the steps they were going to take in order to resolve the issue.

Great company to work with. Their quick action greatly minimized the mess and destruction at our home after a big water disaster. Their understanding of what to do and their equipment to start the drying process took a lot of stress out of the equation. I would recommend them anytime to someone who has a water disaster strike at home.

Tom and Alicia are incredible! They arrived quickly after our call and did an excellent job handling our water damage and mold. The area was contained, and they left our home clean after their work was done. I highly recommend them for any of your water damage needs.

The pipe connected to the sink in our laundry room had hole and we had a minor water flooding problem. I e-mailed this company hoping someone would at least reply my e-mail. Things went extremely well from that point: not only my e-mail was replied almost immediately but a phone call followed right after that, the owner was at our house in about one hour or so to look at the damage.

I had a great first impression and that continued. He quickly set machines to dry the wall, communicated with a contractor to estimate the damage. They negotiated with my insurance company and somehow managed to take care of the bill for us.

It is a wrong story so I omit the detail but a similar thing happened again after a month. I e-mailed Tom Hodge, the owner, and again he took care of all for us. He went extra miles to contact plumber, handyman etc. to quickly resolve the whole problem for us.

It is our strong impression that this is a good company owned by honest hardworking person. If whoever reading this review happen to have water damage, I can easily say that this is the company to call.

My Mothers' toilet overflowed and flooded her master bath. I spent 4 hours using my rug cleaner to suck up the water. I called my insurance co and through a couple of leads I found 1-800-water damage. The best part is that I finally realized they were in the booth right across from ours at a home and garden show. They came right out and showed me the water that got into the walls. They immediately got the pads up, the base boards up and put quite a few fans plus a dehumidifier going. It was such a relief to have such a great company help my Mother out. They always answered their phone any time I had questions.

They are the most professional and fair company I have ever dealt with. This company is an A+++++++++ company. They come in assess the problem and get to work in a professional manner and will tell you like it is without trying to get you for something that is not there. This is the company to use!!!~?

We came home from vacation to find a toilet leaked all week. We called 1-800-Water Damage and they came out within a couple hours and helped get our home dried out. Nolan was very helpful and professional. Would recommend them to a friend and will use them again if we ever need this type of service again, hopefully not :)

I can't believe how easy Alicia, Tom, and Nolan made this whole process. After accidentally leaving my bathtub running and having it flood the hallway, master bathroom, and bedroom- they quickly got everything under control! I have to admit, I was so worried about having to possibly deal with my insurance company but Alicia walked me through every single step and made this whole experience easy as pie. They answered all of my questions and the communication was way beyond anything I've experienced with any other company in Arizona. Not only that, but they also got the job done as quickly as possible so that I could return to normal use of my house. I wish I could give them 10 stars! They definitely deserve it!

These people are top notch! They are quick to respond. Easy to communicate with. Lastly, that do the job to a superior standard while caring for your belongings.

We had a water leak in our shower a few months ago. We called atom and Alicia out to our house to check for mold. They showed up immediately (on a Saturday) and evaluated the situation. They removed all the damaged materials in the shower, then used their equipment to dry everything out properly, and safely. We were very impressed at the level of service they provided us, and we are very appreciative of their efforts in helping us. We had a very positive experience with them, so we will refer them to others, should the opportunity arise.
