Revdex.com spoke to the consumer who provided the following on behalf of the business: The complaint issue has been resolved by the business.

Revdex.com spoke to Ralph at business and the following was relayed: I did speak with the customer. I tried to explain what we do and how, he did not agree with this. We do not quote $795 for service charge to repair and redo, it is $650. The wire we use is 18 gauge electrical wire that we do bury as deep...

as we can, however, if hit it will break. The customer did state that the fence had been unplugged for an extended period and that when he plugged it back in it was beeping. He was not sure why it was unplugged. Most likely someone heard the line beeping and unplugged it and did not inform him why. I did explain that to go back would be a service charge and any parts and labor. If we did something wrong, we will take care of it and reimburse him. At this point, he has not had the grading done and we are not sure what will be needed, if it is only a repair or it needs to be replaced. I did recommend we wait until after the grading and bulldozing has been done.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Ralph Rizzo and I spoke on the phone and the phone conversation is in fact recorded and I can provide it. He first stated that an argument was one sided and that my husband [redacted] started it, during the recorded phone conversation he is then heard that his employee did in fact argue with my husband. The only mention Ralph made to come out and "fix" the problem was to adjust the perimeter fence setting, if I didn't want to do it myself. Not one time did Ralph offer to come out to my residence to evaluate the are of the house where the dogs were inappropriately corrected or perform any type of diagnostics on the receiver dog collars. This is a "solution" without identifying the true problem or root cause of the problem. Throughout the entire conversation Ralph is heard to raise his voice, not listen when I attempted several time to ask questions and push me to almost want to yell and raise my voice in order to get his attention. Ralph never once apologized for my dogs getting zapped inside my residence causing them alarm and from what I would imagine pain for no reason at all. During the recorded conversation I have you can observe Ralph informing me "he cannot fix my feelings and that there are bigger world problems out there" referring to the issue I have been having with my dogs. I kept informing Ralph the last time his service employee was here that he informed us the setting that it was on was incorrect, the same very setting that Ralph was now informing us to put back which created the dogs to run through the fence several times. In his response I also want to point out Ralph had no response to  not contacting 811 for digging in my yard causing the cable wire to break, this is NYS law and I have already contacted 811 to which they stated a ticket was never generated for this address. Since this incident Hidden Pet fence was contacted again because my dogs were zapped twice now 25 feet from the line while playing together in the yard on 2/28/2017 and again 3/1/2017. Michelle contacted me back and we have someone coming out on 3/8/2017. I also informed Michelle that My dogs have not used the back yard at all and I suspect this has to do with unwanted zapping they are getting from the collars. This results in my husband and I paying for fence that my dogs refuse to utilize resulting in lost money for a failed product. I have also attempted for the past two weeks to re-train my dogs by setting up the flags in the back yard again to help and they both refuse to cross into the back yard, even without the collars on for fear of getting zapped. My dogs should not be subjected to such harsh corrections when they are in an area that is permitted and not any where close to the buried fence.
