I called this school to register for a driver improvement clinic class on 804-497-9400 on 10/20/2015. The person who answered on another end was talking extremely aggressive from the very beginning. He told me that I need pay in cash at the door. On my question if the fee could be paid by check he start yelling on me, so I have to hang up. Not sure if someone with this attitude can teach anybody safe driving.

Review: I contacted this company to set up the test for a driver improvement course. I hoped to schedule the test for the same day as is advertised on their website. The owner of the company offered me the option to schedule at a later date and I explained that I needed to schedule for the same day as he had advertised. He became belligerent and rude. He berated me mercilessly for choosing to wait until the last minute to test and then further when I became upset with the way he was speaking to me. He refused to let me speak even a full sentence in the midst of his tirade. I told him how unacceptable I found his behavior and let him know that I would be reviewing his company as well as reporting him to the Revdex.com. He then proceeded to threaten me ("just remember, I have access to ALL of your personal information).Desired Settlement: Ideally this company would lose their DMV approval as the owner is using his access to DMV records to threaten customers.

Absolutely the most unfortunate encounter I have ever had with a "business" owner. I called to schedule my appointment and requested to know what times were available so I could take my final exam and was met with the most condescending tone telling me that I could have an 11 o'clock appointment, which was then changed to "Well, I can't guarantee that it will be at 11." Upon requesting a date and time when I could have an appointment at one of the locations listed closer to me, I was met with further rudeness and told I was incapable of giving a straight answer, even though I repeatedly stated that I wanted to take my test as this specific location. I was met with a raised voice, condescending remarks, and hung up on when I asked to speak with a manager because of the rudeness, but not before being told that I WAS speaking to the owner. Absolutely unprofessional in every way possible! I was never given a straight answer when I asked what times were available for the location I requested, only that, "I don't know! Why don't you understand that!?" How does the OWNER of this "business" not know what times he has available for a location for a final exam? And to treat a customer with such absolute disrespect has resulted in me completely re-taking the 8-hour course, just to avoid having to speak with [redacted] again. I would not ever recommend this school to any individuals after such blatant rudeness.

This guy that answers phone is a rude, racist little guy...it is unreal how nasty this little fellow is...it is almost funny to hear him talk, HORRIBLE

Review: Having just gone to traffic court this morning, I was told to complete a traffic school course in order to keep my record clear. The first business listed on the DMV site was Aaron's Quality Traffic School, Inc. I called the number listed and an EXTREMELY rude man answered the phone. He spoke very quickly and asked me my zip code. I asked him how the traffic school worked (having never been before, I was unsure). He said the classes are all day Saturday and Sunday from 9-5. I asked if there was a cost. He said "Of course there's a cost!" I asked how much, and said that it was frustrating because I would still have to pay court costs and the cost of a class. I was hoping to save some money by going to court. He said "Clearly, you are not interested in what I have to offer. Have a nice day (dripping with sarcasm)!" and he hung up the phone. I called back and asked why he hung up on me and he said the same and hung up a second time. I really didn't get all my questions asked, so I called back a third time. He threatened to call the police on me because I kept calling, and then hung up on me again. I found out that he is housed in the Courtyard Marriott nearby, so I called them to see if they had any information about his supervisor, etc. They apologized and told me that they only lease space to him, but have no other information. They did say that he is the sole employee.I feel VERY angry at the way I was treated. NO business should be allowed to treat anyone this way. I was polite and inquisitive. He was rude and disrespectful.Desired Settlement: If there is any way to make other drivers aware that his school is not only reputable, but downright rude, that would settle this matter for me. I looked on his website for a place to complain, but clearly he had no place to do this. This allows him to speak rudely to whomever he pleases.I would like to be notified of your course of action.
