We were called to do a furnace price and they agreed to give her a cheaper one because she could not afford it.? The shut off would not work and the pump was on the outside and should’ve been on the inside.? Along with her brother, we ? took this out.? He explained all what was
not correct but we couldn’t get there until after 5pm.? We gave her the price she agreed on.? He ran a temporary gas (flex) line, that would not explode.? We assured her that we would be back.? That morning at 3:13am I received a text saying the furnace was blowing out cold air and there was water leaking.? This was basically where it was purged.? About minutes later I woke up, asking her to call me.? I tried contacting her three times.? I texted her more saying please call me and let me know if she needs us so we can come before work.? We spoke to her brother to tell him that she was not getting back to us.? We were on vacation for days and never got a response.? She finally called on our way back demanding for her money back and that it could explode.? We contacted the other contractor and he said he never stated that this could explode.? She didn’t even give us a chance to go back over there before she went into a rage saying she wants her money back and demanding us to come get the furnace out.? We said we would not, because we explained to her that this was temporary

That morning at 3:13am I received a text saying the furnace was blowing out cold air and there was water leaking. This was basically where it was purged. About 45 minutes later I woke up, asking her to call me. I tried contacting her three times. I texted her more saying please call me and let me know if she needs us so we can come before work. We spoke to her brother to tell him that she was not getting back to us. We were on vacation for 7 days and never got a response. She finally called on our way back demanding for her money back and that it could explode. We contacted the other contractor and he said he never stated that this could explode. She didn’t even give us a chance to go back over there before she went into a rage saying she wants her money back and demanding us to come get the furnace out. We said we would not, because we explained to her that this was temporary.
