#1 Cleaners Reviews (2)

Dear Sir/ Ma'am *** *** *** Well noted your
letter dated May but actually received this letter on May 16, from
the store and felt regret to receive this kind of the complaints from the
customer in businessFirst of all, the cleaning business is not to have as a
new one
after washing and pressing, but to have the customer's clothes looking
better after cleaningThat is the common senses on the cleaning business1) I
would like to explain the procedures of cleaning clothes specially for the
men's dress shirts by the commercial washing machineCleaners collected similar
color of shirts, check closely every shirt whether there's any special
spots/stains, and to remove spots with specific agentsAfter washing the
shirts with water, there is no stain transfer to other clothes at allI'm sure
that the spots /stains of the customer's two shirts are from him because there
is no possibilities to transfer from other shirts at the time of
washing/cleaning/pressing process2} Followings are the spots I'd seen from
the customer's shirtAbove ink spots are obviously from the ball pen of
customer and no possibilities at all to put the pen in the pocket intentionally
by cleaners' side(2)the other white shirts have some tiny stains on the front
sides which were the spots of foods at the times of eating3) In the meantime,
cleaners have no obligations to remove spots/stains completely in the cleaning
business but for the best services to our customers, we are doing our best to
come out the most of all the spots on the clothes even customers asking to do
over several timesMost of the stains/spots have been removed at the times of
the washing procedures, but some cases remaining on the shirts as it is due to
the stubborn stains on the clothesIn this case, we are very careful in
spotting not to damage fabrics of the clothes at the times of spotting using
some specific agentsBy the above explanations, our conclusions are that the
spots/stains are not from the cleaners but from customer'sSo, cleaners have
no responsibilities of customer's two dress shirts for the spots/stainsYour
deep wider standings would be much appreciatedThanksSincerely Yours truly,

Review: I dropped off two newly tailored shirts at #1 Cleaners. Upon my first pickup there were multiple stains on both shirts that were not there before. They tried again to remove the stains. I went back for the second time to pick them up: the stains were not removed. They asked for a third round of washing: again the stains were not removed. Upon this third failed attempt, I asked for compensation for the shirts as the stated they tried everything they could. They refused to pay insisting it is not their responsibility. This is beyond the worst service I've received from a company. I think this business needs to see what responsibly is like.Desired Settlement: I receive compensation in the amount of $220, which I can provide recipes for.

Response:

Dear Sir/ Ma'am [redacted] Well noted your

letter dated May 12 2015 but actually received this letter on May 16, 2015 from

the store and felt regret to receive this kind of the complaints from the

customer in business. First of all, the cleaning business is not to have as a

new one after washing and pressing, but to have the customer's clothes looking

better after cleaning. That is the common senses on the cleaning business. 1) I

would like to explain the procedures of cleaning clothes specially for the

men's dress shirts by the commercial washing machine. Cleaners collected similar

color of shirts, check closely every shirt whether there's any special

spots/stains, and to remove spots with specific agents. After washing the

shirts with water, there is no stain transfer to other clothes at all. I'm sure

that the spots /stains of the customer's two shirts are from him because there

is no possibilities to transfer from other shirts at the time of

washing/cleaning/pressing process. 2} Followings are the spots I'd seen from

the customer's shirt. Above ink spots are obviously from the ball pen of

customer and no possibilities at all to put the pen in the pocket intentionally

by cleaners' side. (2)the other white shirts have some tiny stains on the front

sides which were the spots of foods at the times of eating. 3) In the meantime,

cleaners have no obligations to remove spots/stains completely in the cleaning

business but for the best services to our customers, we are doing our best to

come out the most of all the spots on the clothes even customers asking to do

over several times. Most of the stains/spots have been removed at the times of

the washing procedures, but some cases remaining on the shirts as it is due to

the stubborn stains on the clothes. In this case, we are very careful in

spotting not to damage fabrics of the clothes at the times of spotting using

some specific agents. By the above explanations, our conclusions are that the

spots/stains are not from the cleaners but from customer's. So, cleaners have

no responsibilities of customer's two dress shirts for the spots/stains. Your

deep wider standings would be much appreciated. Thanks. Sincerely Yours truly,
