For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below*** *** is a very dishonest business manHe never issued me a refund! *** did once I opened a case against this transaction*** sent him reminders to answer my complaint on *** and gave me the opportunity to escalate my case with them*** allows the business business days before giving the buyer the opportunity to escalate a caseOnce they escalate a case, they begin their own investigation and either deny or accept the buyer's refundIn this case, they found my complaint valid and THEY issued me a refund, they manually took funds out of 1ClickGreen's account and payed me. *** *** NEVER issued me a refund himselfI have attached a screen shot from the notification *** sent me regarding them finding this case in my favor and issuing me a refundI'm sure you'll go ahead and close my case anyway because I got a refund but I wanted you guys to know this complaint was valid and you should take it into consideration when you are reviewing 1ClickGreenI see that you have not include this complaint in their rating and I don't understand why, it's dishonest and doesn'taccurately depict the intentions of this business.

He never issued me a refund! [redacted] did once I opened a case against this transaction. [redacted] sent him 3 reminders to answer my complaint on [redacted] and gave me the opportunity to escalate my case with them. [redacted] allows the business 30 business days before giving the buyer the opportunity to escalate a case. Once they escalate a case, they begin their own investigation and either deny or accept the buyer's refund. In this case, they found my complaint valid and THEY issued me a refund, they manually took funds out of 1ClickGreen's account and payed me. [redacted] NEVER issued me a refund himself. I have attached a screen shot from the notification [redacted] sent me regarding them finding this case in my favor and issuing me a refund. I'm sure you'll go ahead and close my case anyway because I got a refund but I wanted you guys to know this complaint was valid and you should take it into consideration when you are reviewing 1ClickGreen. We are sorry you feel that way. You are entitled to your own opinions. Our company is incredibly busy and we try out best to respond in a timely fashion. If you take time to read our reviews and cus[redacted]er feedback it is all positive and everyone is happy and thrilled with our products and service. We understand you had a bad experience and it does happen time to time with every business and again we do our best to remedy any situation. We are confused as to why you continue to complain. [redacted] has refunded your money and you kept our products. It' safe to say you came out on top with this. Either way it's over and done with and would appreciate if could please move on.
