Review: On Tuesday 5.7.13 I showed up to 1 Day Paint & Body Center to pick up for the second time. I spoke with Angelica, at which point she informed me that my car was not ready at that time, but would be ready by 5P.M. She took me to the back where my car was. It was not buffed yet, the over-spray was still on the inside of the door and dashboard. Again, she said it would be ready by 5pm; so I left and returned. I'm inspecting my car. There was still over-spray on inside of the door and the dashboard. On the left side of the dashboard you can see they tried to rub off two sections but the paint came off. One was the outer edge of the vent the size of a thumb. The other part that they tried to rub off and paint came off was below the vent, where the Trip Reset/Interior Light buttons are. The left front door still had over-spray, however. They also ruined two of the buttons on the door, where the paint was also starting to come off. There were two scratches on bumper that were not there the first time I got the car backone scratch on the bottom left bumper that is red; the other scratch is on the back bumper, below the trunk. Theres two white paint stains on my steering wheel. The bottom front left door where the weather strip is has over-spray on it. The left back side of weather stripping on the body is crooked, as well as the door sill. The bottom part of the quarter panel was not lining up with the bottom part that is connected to the panel; the paint is sloppy as well. They painted over the door latch. The area around the door latch is not smooth and even and has dents. The line thats above the tire on the body of the car that is supposed to run into the door, does not run completely through the door. The paint on the quarter panel and door still do not match the rest of the car. The paint also has specks that you can feel by simply running your fingertips over the affected area. I told Angelica that they had returned my car to me in worse condition.Desired Settlement: For 1 Day Paint & Body Centers to pay to another shop to repair the original job they did not fix properly plus the pay for all the extra damage they caused to my vehicle.
